Damaged Merchandise

I ordered a silver ankle bracelet and it came with a knotted chain. Obviously damaged. I contacted Ross Simon Customer Service and told them I wanted to return this damaged anklet bracelet. I was given a return reference number. When I asked if I had to pay for shipping, I was told "yes". When I questioned why I would have to pay for the shipping when it came damaged, I was then told I'd be given a 'postage paid' label to return the anklet bracelet.

Easy shopping experience the ring is lovely and an excellent xcellent price. But, I thought the gold wire was wrapped around the silver slat. It isn't. It is a crescent. One of them fell off my ring hours after it arrived. Luckily, I fold it and clamped it back onto the ring with a set of pliers

My experience was absolutely Wonderful. The items were very quickly delivered right to my house. I love the quality of the items I purchased and the service was great especially when one item was double ordered. My husband called and very quickly got the reference code he needed to add to the return item. Got our refund. Loved my first order so much. I just ordered again knowing if I ordered a ring I knew I wouldn't have a problem returning it and ordering the correct size I need.

Bad experience

I was charged but my order didn't arrive, despite being marked as "shipped", nothing was shipped. The label was created but the item hasn't been sent. The estimated delivery date is just being adjusted every day. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. No resolution offered.

The website shows "Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery" so we are glad it was delivered by 6/2, as you mentioned in your call you needed it by 6/3. We are working with out team on better handling situations like yours.

Earrings clip was loose

The earrings' clip came loose. I used nose plyers to tighten them. I hope they will stay tight. The design seems to be very flimsy.
