Order and delivery were flawless
Ring is absolutely beautiful, I just did not realize the stones went completely around thus making my pinky and middle finger feel irritated and constricted otherwise a perfect 10 for me!

The first email I received from RS, confirmation of order, showed bill to and ship to addresses. The bill to was wrong but the ship to was correct so I didn't worry. The 2nd email, the order has shipped, somehow the ship to address changed to the bill to address which would be wrong. The 3rd email, delivery confirmation, still had the bill to and ship to addresses wrong. I didn't notice this until I couldn't find my package. Luckily the ship to address was a previous address of mine and I was able to get my package from the current inhabitants. I had called RS when I didn't receive my package but before I realized it was shipped to the wrong address. I called RS a second time when I realized the address problem. I don't know why RS didn't use the correct ship to address in my RS profile.

Love both pieces that I bought. Good price. I've already received many compliments on both the earrings and necklace. The only "negative" is with the earrings. The hoop is too small. Challenging to put on but I love the style so I will tolerate.

These earrings and backs are so small that you need someone else to put them on. I dropped the flat back and it is so small I am unable to find it. In fact, I did not realize that I had dropped it.

The bracelet is pretty and as it looks in the catalog. It is a bit difficult to put on by oneself but I did finally do it. Looks good with my other 2 tone bracelets

Wanted it all thru the holidays for a "Christmas ring". Thought I had missed it but it came back up and the timing was right! Excited to enjoy my finishing touch to my holiday outfit

Website said it would be delivered by Valentine's Day, didn't come until two business days later. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to have it on the day I was expecting it

The bracelet is not a true 7". I have been wearing size 7 for decades and it appears this bracelet is one link too short to be a 7". How will you correct this issue.

If you prefer earrings that dangle and catch the light, I recommend these! It's unusual to find love knot earrings in this style, so I was excited to find these. Price is a plus too!

Earrings are lab grown VS2 clarity and are absolutely beautiful, 1kt total weight, faceted sparkle is gorgeous! The only major issue I have was advertised as being delivered by Christmas, they were not! So I was without a Christmas gift.

Like that you can easily adjust the length if the necklace. The Singapore chain is beautiful; the twists make it different and seem a bit lure substantial.

I was pleased to find my necklace on your site. When I received it, it was all that I expected it to be beautiful. You did have a bracelet that I was very interested in; however when I clicked on it, read oops the item was lost. I would have bought it and still would if it becomes available. Nice experience!

I have to return one ring. I'd ordered a similar one, but they sent another that looks like plastic for a stone. None of the jewelry I ordered is super nice, but two are good enough to keep.

I originally ordered a pair of 10 kt gold knot earrings back in 2020. They were my favorite go to earrings. Last year i lost one. So my recent order was to replace what i lost. Love them! Now i have 3 earrings so if i lose another one i still have a pair. LOL!

This bracelet is beautiful and does not look like gold overlay. The width is good. I was looking for something a little bigger than the normal bracelets and this works perfect.

The Bali style necklace was nicely designed, but much thicker & heavier than expected. I had purchased it for a friend & it was much too "clunky" fir her to wear.

I bought the earrings to go with a bracelet I bought earlier from Ross-Simons. They are beautiful and arrived packaged very. They even included tarnish-preventing strips to keep them looking great.

Merchandise received is not as it appears on website. Difficult to tell the size of earrings and sometimes bracelets, particularly if they are stretch bracelets. Quality of diamonds is mediocre to poor. Difficult to use website & find what you're looking for in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are usually way to high for the merchandise offered & commonly most items are made of sterling silver or gold plated over sterling silver. The price for solid gold items is ridiculously high. It takes too long from order time to receive your item(s). This time I ordered two different rings. Both were ok, but one ring was definitely no made of good silver. I find the return process difficult, so I only order something I'm ok keeping even it isn't what I hoped it would be.

Necklace is very light, as the chain is delicate and was purchased to hold a pendant. There are no rough spurs or open links on this well made chain. It doesn't catch on clothing. However the clasp and attachment of clasp to the chain is too large to pass through the looped opening of the pendant. I'll have to take both pieces to a jeweler and see the best option for using them together. The chain is beautiful and was what I was looking for and ar a good price for the quality.
