And then when I email Rosewe I'm passed off with grammatically incorrect statements, not answers -- where is my package.

Purchased several items and after paying for order with my credit card noted I had mistakenly purchased two of the same items. Contacted representative right away to let them know of my error and they immediately looked into it and not only made corrections to my purchase order but followed up with my contacting my credit card so corrections could be made to my account. Within three days I was reimbursed/my account was credited. Was very impressed with how quickly my issue was resolved and how well I was assisted by the representatives of this company.
I want to return a item, put ticket in with no problem. They sent me a return label and I received my refund.
