My order was being shipped to my old address. I emailed them to let them know I needed to update my address and received a response less than 24 hours later! So happy!

They deliver on time and if you have any questions they answered. If they don't have the address you are sending to they will send you a message right away.

The company provided a prompt response and correction to my email address associated with the order I placed.

I purchased 3 bathing suits for my upcoming vacation, when arrived, they were too large. I tried putting in a ticket to exchange them, but I must have been doing something incorrect. When I did a chat with customer service, it became a breeze. They were helpful with my exchange, and I will have my bathing suits in time for my trip.

Items met my expectation. My only issue was the shipping time. It took a little longer than expected. Overall nice experience and good customer service

I have returned some clothes which were not good for me and asked for the refund. Unfortunately the postage from United Kingdom to Rosewe address took much longer than 30 days as it was stuck somewhere on the way, which meant my return was late. Rosewe Team still refunded me 100% of the money they owed me, however it took me few days to ask them for it.

I placed an order an unfortunately my account was debited several times. Sent email to representative and it was resolved quickly and professionally

I had ordered 3 bathing suits and they are exactly what was pictured and fit great! Customer service was AMAZING had a little hiccup on the shipping but she took care of it quickly and I had my products within days! Will def be ordering again!

Mostly pleased with all my purchases. Since this was my first order it's hard to gage my size but I did pretty good. Loved what I kept and it was very easy to return the item that didn't make the cut.

This is a fantastic company. Their garments are beautiful. I must admit I wasn't expecting my dress to be such great quality but I absolutely love it and I immediately put in another order and will continue to do so. I love it. Prices are extremely good too. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.
