I placed what appeared to be a legitimate order on line. I immediately got scam alerts, so started a complaint then. Just got something in the mail, not what I had actually ordered though. There is no packing slip and no contact number. I am returning this item in the same manner I received it and expect a full refund ASAP

I bought a purple jump suit. I've never bought from Rosewe before and was a little worried what the quality/service would be like.

Well, I got frequent updates regarding my delivery, and I was very pleased with the jumpsuit when it arrived. (I'm short and overweight, so lots of items can be cut way too long for me). But this fitted perfectly, and is good quality. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was quick too, only a few days!

Dress ordered. When it came- far too small tho' ordered by using comparison size chart.
Materials used were of extremely poor quality. Obviously not same as used for dress in photograph. Decided to return it. Still not worked out how. Site badly laid out and lacking in much information. Translation into English horrendous. Did, somehow manage to send an e-mail or similar. Have no idea how, Gave stinker of review and said was returning item and expected full refund. Heard nothing since. Except more "catalogue" posts and a totally gibberish e-mail. Cannot now contact them. Costs and time differences prevent it. Very angry. Used sites in China before, never had any bother from them. Had good quality goods.

By far the best online shop I've been to. Great deals to good services. Unlike other online shops, Rosewe will deliver what you order exactly. No scam! Rosewe has a lot of nice clothing options at affordable prices. Their customer service is also good, I have returned something before and got my money back.

Not too heavy, yet very warm. Super comfortable. Absolutely no 'smells' as some reviews suggested. Incredible design. But you can see it only when you take jacket off. Excellent stuff for amazing price.

Love this website. They are having tons of super stylish dresses, awesome swimsuits, very standing out Jewellery, fashion tops... Enough to surf a whole day and to still discover something new that I definitely wanna have;)but before you purchase, you need to know your own measures and check the size charts in the description of each item, almost all clothing is produced for the Asian market and the sizes you have to order here most probably differ from what you're usually grabbing at your local store.

I've been shopping with Rosewe since 2019. My experience has been wonderful. Outfits purchased so far are quite beautiful and very comfortable soft material. Efficient customer service, prompt response when I accidentally doubled my order (ordered the same item twice). Will continue to purchase as the need arises. Thanks very much!
