Highly recommended! My delivery came well before Christmas & each item was separately wrapped in it's own resealable bag. I hung each item up & the creases easily dropped within a few hours. In reality, the clothes are exactly as seen on the website, well made, look great & are so comfortable to wear. Each item is an unusual & individual statement piece which is guaranteed to get you noticed & for all the right reasons. I was totally spoilt for choice with the variety of clothing on offer, so I'll definitely be revisiting your site to buy again! I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. I liked the fact that the website displayed women with curves in evening dresses. It allowed me to project myself and to make a good choice on the type of dresses that best fits me. I have sent one back because it was not my style after all, but no fault to the company. They seem in touch with their customers and make the return of items easy and simple.

I recently wrote a negative review of Rosewe.com because I received an inferior quality item from them. Their site says: "Full Refunds. We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault." The problem is that you have to ship it back to China to get the refund.
Initially they refused a refund through Pay Pal but after my review on sitejabber they responded quickly with a partial refund which was all that I had asked for since they had shipped it all the way from China. I appreciate their effort to be fair and I hope that this was a rare case on their part.

Returns are absolutely not "Simple" like they say. I've been jumping thru hoops and still no success. Rosewe is not responding to my requests for a return... I've never seen anything like it. I buy TONS of stuff online, and NEVER had this kind of treatment.

My dresses were not bad, although the quality was slightly below average. However, their policy states that items can be returned within a window of time. My items arrived a month after that window had closed. They contained no contact information or directions regarding returns. I was, therefore, stuck with two dresses I did not want.

Not good enough quality so I sent it back and was appalled to see I then lost £15 in postage and 'insurance' this is daylight robbery and I will not be using this scam site again, Rosewe are clearly sending out shoddy goods then profiting from postage and hidden fees. I will stick to decent sites run with integrity in future that look after their customers and do not rip them off

I ordered 2 swimsuits and still haven't received them over a month later. I am really disappointed since they were for a vacation which I will not be able to use the for. The pricing is average and I have no idea regarding the quality since I'm still waiting. The return process seems painful and they will charge 9.99 to do it. I would highly recommend to just buy your items elsewhere. SHEIN has decent quality, better prices and you will receive your items within a week or 2 at most.

These clothes are cheap and come from China. I was so disappointed that I returned everything that I could from my one and only order. But, because I misplaced the tracking number, they are refusing to give me the refund. That was a $200 lesson on where not to shop! As if we don't have enough to worry about when shopping for clothes (especially online).

This is a total scam. It is impossible to receive a refund even when you return the cheap crappy clothing! I have been fighting for a month now to get my money back and because this company is in China there is no real way of making sure that happens. They lie and lead you on like they will refund you but they keep these messages going on and on with no intention on really returning your funds. I included pictures of the ticket I opened including proof of delivered items that I returned to them. DONT DO IT! This is a total rip off! Save your money for real clothing with a site that actually has real customer service and oh yeah real clothing! This is cheap and horribly stitched clothing. It looks like clothes a middle school kid made in home ed.
