I purchased 2 dresses from this company, and neither fit. They offered me compensation for the items, then said they would give me 20% off my next purchase, which I declined, then they refunded $8.00 to my account, as if that's all that I had spent. I want my money back. Never will I order from this place again!

I ordered a lot from Rosewe. All the clothes were very cheaply made and not like the way they look online- not as nice. A necklace arrived pre-broken and one shirt had poor stitching blemishes right on the chest. My order took 2 months to arrive and their reply was "Sorry, its a 2 week holiday in China here." When I complained that I wanted to cancel the order due to the long unexpected delay, they did not respond and then the clothes arrived. The business is run out of China so returns and reaching their customer service is impossible. I dont think their phone number works, its just a constant recording. It took me about 6 trouble tickets online, each time having to start over with a new person and finally having to threaten to sue them just to get a refund for the broken items. The rest of the stuff I bought doesnt look good and doesnt fit and is sitting on a shelf.

Do not buy from these scam artists they put the prices to be superly cheap so its hard to resist... quality is worth pennies i been battle with them since april and yet still havent recieved my refund i even paod extra to ship the cheap merchandise back just to get back my 60 percent reund which btw the way thats all they will refund you... give me the run around back n forth scam artists i tell you i guess you can say lost cause double on my part i hope no one will ever go through what i am going through do not buy from this website! Ordered a coat at size XL and paid for quick delivery. Just received it a week late and although it said size XL = UK 18 it is far too small! It fits my size 10 sister and it's apparently an XL=uk18! Rediculous, misleading, late and a compleat waste of my time and money! First and defiantly the LAST time I use Rosewe! Rubbish!

I bought this dress. It fits me perfect. It's a bit tight but i like wearing my clothes tight so it's not a problem for me. Thick quality material. I' the dress was a little snug but it was still super cute! Can't wait to wear it this Fall! Definitely recommend this dress!

Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
