I bought a blouse for the 4th of July. The sizing was extremely off, the elastic wasn't attached on the inside and the material was totally see-thru. There were frayed fabric strings in all the seams that are not able to be pulled out or cut off. The elastic issue alone is a defect in the blouse, let alone the other problems. To me, that classifies as a "faulty" item, which Rosewe states on their site that they'll refund you for if its "their fault". Terrible craftsmanship = their fault, I'm MY opinion. Nope. They offered me a 20% refund and I keep the crappy shirt or I send it back AT MY EXPENSE and then they refund me. Yeah, shipping to China is absurd so that's hardly fair nor worth it. None if it my fault, yet I'm stuck. They sell garbage and they know it. This is how they make their money because the return process is such a hassle and so expensive that everyone ends up giving up. I'd never recommend them to anyone. Their stuff may look cute online but buyer beware, it's garbage and their customer service sucks.

I will continue to right reviews until justice prevails. I just read another custimers responses of the answers they were given through email by rosewe. It is THE SAME EXACT ANSWER I GOT! What is your order number they ask. We are sorry n will help you they say. They sale defective garments, they take your money, they disable you from ordering, only offer you 20 bucks after you spent almost 200 dollars. They send out the same e-mails to EVERYONE... VERBATIM LADIES... DO NOT WALK... DO NOT PASS GO... DO NOT COLLECT AWESOME FASHION. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE. EVEN IF TEMPTED DO IT THROUGH PAYPAL SO THEY DONT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD DETAILS.

I was very pleased with the customer service staff and their pleasant approach. As for the e-shop itself, it I was kindly surprised by a huge amount of stuff and very good prices. The quality of items I ordered and received was satisfying and I am planning to order a lot of new stuff here

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Rosewe. All of my orders have shipped and arrived a lot sooner than they quote and everything looks just like it does in the pictures. I love that I am able to post customer pictures on their website also, because then I am able to show other consumers what it looks like on average women and not just beautiful models!

Would recommend Rosewe 100%. Everything is reasonably priced and shipped wonderfully fast. Everything meets my expectations and was true to size and how it looked in the pictures. Quality cloth was used in all of my clothing orders, and they look as great as the first day I wore them. Will continue buying from them.
