Its a scam

I ordered a swimsuit from Rosegal which rose we is the same site plus they go under other names also. I never recived my order. Plus went to bank and had to get a new credit card with different number. They yet still havent gave refund either of 32.00. Every chance I get I report them when I see their adds come up on social media. Beware you will loose your money.

I have not seen Rosewe on the web in awhile. HOWEVER, OTHER SITES HAVE POPED UP WITH THE SAME PICTURES. One of the name changes are LINK SHE... BE VERY CAEFUL... different name but THE SAME PRODUCTS... WATCH OUT!

My first order... a bathing suit. It came from China and was very poor quality. I e mailed for return label. No response. Ive emailed repeatedly. No response. I believe that they are a scam. There is NO RETURN even though they post that there is, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!

SCAM! RUN!

Made an order for $226.83. Recommended my niece go and look for clothes on the website, however website was closed. The same website was under ROTITA.COM. THERE ARE A FEW OTHERS, BUYER BEWARE. Read the reviews and saw on youtube a dress made out of paper sent to customer. Attempted to contact Rosewe. Only able to put in a ticket. Once I click on the button it says problem resolved without my input explaining the problem. There is no phone number, email, chat live, no way to contact them. Spoke with credit card company who will investigate.

Terrible Service

I recently ordered a swimsuit from Rosewe for a Spa trip. I live in the UK and paid an additional fee for Expedited delivery which promised to deliver my item within 3-6 days after processing & dispatch. My item was dispatched on 20th Jan but did not arrive until 30th Jan. I contacted Rosewe and asked for a refund of the additional fee I paid for the expedited delivery but they have flat out refused to refund me, stating they had already passed the fee on to the shipping company. In my view, this is totally unacceptable service and I will not be buying from them again. The swimsuit I ordered is ok but I could have bought something similar for less. The main reason I ordered from Rosewe was because they offered the expedited delivery as I didn't have time to go shopping in person.

POOR QUALITY CLOTHING

I just received two blouses that I ordered from this website. It took 6 weeks to get them from China and they really do not look anything like the pictures. The fabric is very thin and poor quality and they look cheap. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. But the clothes kept popping up in my facebook queue and they looked cute. Bad mistake on my part. Don't make the same one.

My items arrived in horrible quality and defective (uneven seams, coming apart, etc.) I spent weeks corresponding with them and got a series of shady, irrelevant replies to my messages, so generic and short that I doubt they even read my messages. Most of my requests or questions weren't even addressed.

Even though I was entitled to a full refund, They offered me only a percentage of my money back.

I'm working on filing a claim against them right now.

100% SCAM OPERATION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DISPUTE VIA PAYPAL IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED.

SAD EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING MAKING A PURCHASE NOT DO SO.

Started off Rocky as we got crosswires but I have to say very professional. My emails were answered very promptly. What I ordered I was very pleased with. The quality was good for the price. Kept they word as my goods arrived on time even though I placed my order 28th December 2017. Received my order 12th January 2018. I think that's Very Good (Christmas Rush). As stated the order was delayed by errors at the beginning but once we got on the same page the order was smooth sailing.

This is a SCAM!

I order an item a on 12/19/2017 and its been 2 weeks and still the package has not even been sent. I contacted them by opening a "ticket" and they're only saying the package will arrive and we cannot give you a refund its been a week going back and forth without any solution! I'm pretty sure all the good reviews that this so called company are fake! Please don't waste your money here. There is a reason they don't even have a customer service phone number!

So disappointed!

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful dress and to my surprise, the dress looks nothing like what I thought I was ordering. Also the dress is SUPER small and I checked my measurements with their charts, so the size I ordered should have been right. I just put in a ticket to get a refund, so we'll see how that goes... I'll keep you posted!

I ordered two blouses, I paid for expedited shipping and after a lot of conversations back and forth I finally received them about a week after the promise date. They were horrible, poorly made, fabric is thin and cheap, fit is awful and they are just very poor quality. I did not pay only a few dollars for the blouses, they were not cheap. I was told I could return them for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping which after some research I found out is very expensive and it takes a long time to be refunded. I was given the option of half my money refunded and I could keep and do what I wanted to with the items. I chose this option because I figured half is better than none. I was told it would take several days to receive my refund but once I threatened to file a complaint with PayPal I received my refund within a couple of days. I strongly recommend staying away from this company, one way or another you will be out money.

I have heard numerous horror stories about rosewe. But I guess I lucked out and got a good selection of clothes All four of the dress I bought fit great. By the way the material was fine, lightweight and airy. The only issue I had was with a blouse. It was made of the heavy polyester and fit snug even though I bought a medium and I wear small size. The dresses are lovely and I even posted my photos on Rosewe. Bear in mind you have to order one size up! And they will take a long time for shipping. 4 weeks for me. If you don't mind waiting a while, then Roswe, with their inexpensive prices, free shipping can work for you.

Disappointing
December 14, 2017

Really poor service. I ordered and paid expedited shipping 24/11. Was then advised one of my items was out of stock at the warehouse but they didn't think to send the item that was in stock. Apparently my items have now been sent but will be interesting if they do actually arrive. I should at least be reimbursed for the expedited shipping. Will never order from them again!
