Not organized site to shop at. They do not check their products to see the ones that are out of stock. After you placed order, they will tell you after two weeks that is out of stock. Shipping takes very long, they do not respect their shipping time even after you pay the fee requested. Products are good and affordable, but if you want to wait for ages before you if at all fortunate to receive your goods, shop here but if not i will never recommend any online buyer to shop here as even i myself will never go back.

I've had to return multiple dresses due to sizing issues. Each time customer service has been outstanding! No push back at all. Each customer service rep that I've interacted with has always been prompt in communication, which I thoroughly appreciate. Also, clothes are of great quality!

We bought a few items from Rosewe. Until now they have not delivered and it has been over 3 weeks. Their responses do not show any indication that the stock will ever be delivered. We have written to google and we will open a case this week with local authorities. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER YOUR STOCK!
I think Rosewe is a SCAM! They will not deliver the goods you bought from them. I placed an order with them and after 2 months I still havent received my goods. The tracking system also stopped tracking my order after it apparently reached China, and I am in South Africa.
I requested a password reset twice from this company with no response. I was attempting to exchange a blouse I had purchased as a gift. Since, I could not login, I could not request a ticket, or exchange. It has been over a week and no one has made an attempt at resetting my password. I loved the couple items I purchased, but wondering if they are growing too fast. After all, customer service should be #1.

This company is a total rip off. On their website it clearly states you can return a product for refund or credit. They didn't want me to send the items back, that were made completely wrong for the size (2 items of the same size... one is too big, the other too small), so we agreed on a refund without having to mail them back. The refund agreed on was $50.80, the refund they sent was $15.61. Not even close. Numerous emails later and NO results... just keep getting the runaround. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM. When you buy clothing online you should have the option of returning since sizes vary.
