This was my first time ordering from Rosewe and the item was shipped fast. I was able to track my order precisely until delivery. I'm from Trinidad & Tobago located in the Caribbean so my items are delivered to a skybox in Miami then sent to me.

I did not receive my order after one month and I cannot track it. False number. I received an e-mail from Fedex saying that my package has been returned to the office because of the custom charges. However, they do not have my package, they do not have that tracking number.

My wife ordered 2 bathing suits from this company, size XL. Received the order, 2 size S. Tried to contact company, no go. Started a claim with Paypal resolution center. Suddenly, Rosewe contacts through Paypal with an offer of 1/2 what we paid for a refund. Of course we turned it down and escalated the claim for a refund. We were granted the refund if we returned the items. In order to return these items from Canada, it would cost almost the same as the purchase price to return to China.
What a great way to get rid of inventory if you know the game. Read all of the negative reviews. My good wife has learned a lesson to order only from a reputable company. Companies like this need to be held accountable.
Paypals policy is to return the items for a full refund with a tracking number. I have used Paypal for many years and do not hold them in any way responsible for this.
Help to take companies like Rosewe and do not buy from them. Do your homework and check the reviews. Buyer beware.
I ordered items and didn't receive them! I asked for a refund, they said sure but I've yet to get it back and it's been weeks now! If I don't get it back, I'm getting the police involved because I work very hard for my money
If you think you are going to love your items and know you will not be sending them back, then go ahead and order. However, if you think there might be a chance that you may NOT like your purchase and want a full refund. Forget it! You will never get a full refund! They make it so impossible for you to get a refund that youll either give up entirely or if you are lucky theyll negotiate a percentage to refund you. I was lucky to get 50% back for items I absolutely HATED! From what I'm reading some people ended up with far less than 50% and some end up with no refund at all. Seriously, I feel like this company is a big scam. Pay close attention to the negative comments here you will see a common thread throughout. You got me once RoseWe NEVER AGAIN!
I only purchased 2 things from there...A pair of jeans with chains on them, some of chains were broken. Also I purchased a shirt...It was totally different in looks when I got it

You have to get a RMA# to return, but I cannot reach them to get the # nor do they provide a return address. Website says the only way to reach them is by submitting a ticket, but you cannot create an account to do so. If you try to email the address you will get a message saying the only way to communicate is via the submit ticket method - which isn't possible! I was tricked into this site via Pininterst. Never Never again!

I have ordered five items from Rosewe. They are: grey off the shoulder top, grey off the shoulder maxi dress, V-neck color block maxi, black and white sheath dress and black off the shoulder knit dress. I avoid ordering items in polyester, so Iike and have worn all of these items thus far. They are all really comfortable and cute. The only down sides are that the material of the color block maxi is a bit thinner than I expected; I still love the dress. The delivery time is several weeks. Other than that, I plan to order from Rosewe again.
