Awful awful awful!

Description of item nothing like shown or described. Poor quality material and although a mid length dress it was to the floor and I'm 5"9! Poor service when returning! Had to chase my refund and they had my item for 6 days and still didn't issue refund. Then not given full refund with no reason for not giving my full refund and no explanation as to why I did not get my money without chafing it! Do not waste your time!

Do not buy from this company you might as well set fire to your money. Cheap quality looks nothing like the pictures pure waste of money and as for returning anything don't waste more money sending it back to China. Upset with myself for not reading the reviews. This company is a scam and a fraud! Do not be tempted by the by the pretty dresses and cheap prices. They are ill fitting and of poor quality fabric and don't look like the pictures. It took me over a month to get a refund and I consider myself lucky for that. I should have read these reviews before I ever purchased. I now see that most people never received a return or were only offered partial refunds. They tried to tell them that they had returned their merchandise Staind or used. After I got my refund I looked back at some of the communication and they tried to do the same thing to me but when I threatened legal action I finally got my refund. Buy at your own risk!

I am furious with myself because I read some bad reviews before purchasing, but still I remained optimistic that they had improved over time. BIG MISTAKE! What I received were three ill-fitting outfits made of poor quality fabric. I am appalled! How are they getting away with this? This crap would never fit as shown on site. Here's some advice from a genuine, hardworking individual - please don't waste your money on this site. Yes, the model looks great; and the prices are good (maybe too good to be true). However, it is likely you'll be disappointed with what you received, as I was.

I returned dress to address given, waited for refund, nothing. Sent 5 emails. Nothing, sent letter by recorded delivery asking where refund was, letter sent back to me. Post office couldn't deliver it, not known at that address, yet the dress was sent to that address, phones don't work. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I had to involve PayPal, who eventually got me some refund, that means I might as well just have sent Rosewe some money in an envelope and said I think I will send some of my hard earned money today to these rip off people. Want to throw money to the wind? Or better yet, Shanghai? Have low blood pressure and could use a good dose of aggravation and dead ends to raise that blood pressure? Then look no more! This site will pull out all the stops and get your money to work for you in ways you never imagined. How much time is spent on their loops, attempting to reach customer service, open a ticket etc? Add your hourly wage to your item(s). I'm in it for 30+ my time. Time is money. See the loop? And the photo? I'm empty handed. And so will you be.

I ordered and received a dress from Rosewe. Once the dress arrived, I noticed that the imprinting on the dress was blurry and faded. I reached out to Rosewe to return the item. Rosewe expects me to pay for return shipping on a faulty item. I have been trying for days to get Rosewe to pay for return shipping. No luck. They have lost a customer. I wont deal with a company that wont accept responsibility for errors on their end.

Very dissapointing

I will never use this company again. Sent my dress back to exchange size and received a completely different dress back and they expected me to pay the freight from Australia to replace it. I ended up throwing the dress away as they refused to compromise. Horrible experience

Canadian shipping

Hello, I ordered two dresses paid through papal. I also ordered a third dress that did not ship. The first two dresses were $29 plus $7 USD for shipping. No problem they came in 10 days and were nice. But to send one back I would have to pay Canadian shipping to New Jersey which was about $24.00. That's a problem.

My last item was about 20 days without any notice. I wrote them about it and the next day they said it was shipping. ($30 plus about $7 for shipping). The parcel shipped from China and arrived three days later with a $25 customs charge. That was a big problem. Now I am into this dress for $62 and I don't even know if it fits.

So beware. ROSEWE is located in China. Their customer service is open from 9PM to 6AM that should be a warning to you. Beware of companies that do not have a customer service phone number to speak with someone in your Country.

Avoid buying from this website... been waiting for the product keeps on feeling it's in transit but never received one yet... this people are scammer... they refuse to refund and cannot stand on their own terms... terrible customer service... only buy if you guys really want to give away your money for nothing...

Cheap quality, ill fitting, they do not honor their own return policy... and are liars. Fortunately I purchased through Paypal so Paypal served as a 3rd party and witnessed the fact that I did request a full refund, they wanted to only issue a partial refund even after merchandise was returned in original package untouched. They lied and said I did not respond to the question of would I like a partial refund. But Paypal had it documented. Who wouldn't want a full refund after returning the merchandise? Do yourself a favor... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROSEWE!

I recently made an order, and within about 10 minutes changed my mind. I contacted them to cancel the order and followed their instructions on their web site to do so. They wrote back that they will not cancel the order but I can pay to send it back for a refund after it has been mailed to me if I want to.

RIP OFF

I ordered to 10 dresses to have options because I had a church banquet to attend. The dresses were tried on and I only kept one (note: the banquet was a least a few weeks away from the time that the dresses were ordered). After the dresses were returned Rosewe replied they were only able to apply a partial refund of $274.44 out of a $410.96 purchase because of the condition of the dresses
I questioned how me trying on dresses warranted them in a used/good condition since they were not worn out of my home. No reply. This is definitely NOT good business and I will never order from Rosewe again, nor refer any of my family or friends. Every chance I get I will express my dissatisfaction with this company and how they handle business.

Very poor service

I pay extra for early delivery. It took 4 weeks to be delivered. They've offered 20% refund even though the items still hadn't been delivered. Since that email I've emailed them several times, with no reply about the refund.
