They confirmed receiving the package, they inspected said all is good, but missing an item, which is their bs. Now they claim that items are damaged and stained, an other of their bs.
Now they are not responding.

Product never arrived. Useless shipping tracking number that stops dead in Shanghai and empty platitudes from Rosewe on being in contact with shipping company and pushing for order to be on the way soon - and then weeks pass and they paste the same answer into their next reply. Completely fraudulent Chinese company. The worst. If I could give zero stars I would.
Charged me extra for express shipping and never shipped the outfit for my daughter's wedding. They lied and said they shipped it. I called the post office in CA and it was never shipped the label was made they just never had post office pick up package.

Received dress about a month later, not even close to color of fabric described on site, did not resemble photo,. Immediately logged on to return (they even gave me a BS hassle with that) and was forced to agree to statement that had I tried on the dress, It is "quite likely" it would be marked as "used" and entitle me to at most a 50% refund. On about a $5 dress, mind you. Then had to attach photos of dress as "proof" with specifications for said pictures. Did I mention dress was monstrous, according to husband and my own eyes? Ugh. Highly doubt I will receive refund, and since it is a Chinese company, no recourse. BEWARE!
I ordered 4 dresses from this company for a total of $98.00 after coupon discounts. The items are not as advertised... quality is so cheap and the dresses are paper thin. I am not sure that a slip will even prevent see through. The colors are so off from advertised. After reading the reviews, I choose not to return the items in order to prevent more loss in shipping and to avoid frustration and runaround from Rosewe. I will chalk this one up to "LESSON LEARNED". I wish I had known this was a Chinese company that likely uses forced child labor.
I ordered a swim suit. It said I was suppose to receive it within 2 weeks and it took 5 weeks. When it arrived, I had to pay duty and customs of another $27.00 on this item and the suit was too big even though I ordered using the size chart that they had. Not happy with this company at all and I will never order again.
I ordered three items. The materials were of poor quality and one of them was too big so I returned it on 27/06/19 and by tracking they received it on 01/07/19. I managed to keep two. From June up till now, I have not received my refund. I have sent several emails but no response from this company. Please avoid them at all cost. Criminals
I ordered a jumpsuit in June and paid for 8t in full. Today is the 29th of August and i still have not received it. I wrote an email to them and they told me that it was delivered and signed for... by who because its only me and my husband at home. Will never buy from this site again.

I received my refund today of the net purchase price, minus all shipping. I added one star because I did receive that refund. I still will not buy from this site again. The refund process is lengthy and difficult. This is certainly not Zappos or Amazon.
To submit a ticket, either click on your order number and/or look to the left for a bar that gives you options and there should be an option to submit a ticket. You have to give a reason for the return. I attached two photos in my refund request showing that the dress was huge and of the flawed material. They will send you an email confirming the ticket was received with a "Reply" link. Keep that email as that is how you will follow the process. Click reply in your email to view your ticket. Click "View" and the status of your ticket will be below. There is an address to send the return to New Jersey. I sent mine USPS Priority Mail and I have a tracking number. You also have to print the RMA number on the outside of your return package. The return postage was a 8.20 USD. I had already paid for shipping to me plus more for expedited shipping. So, even if I receive the "full" refund, I will only receive $36.80 back and I will not recover $26.40 on shipping. What a racket. For me it is the principle of the thing now. Also, they offer an option to keep the horrible merchandise for a "partial refund which is a joke. Keep checking and remember to click "View" to follow the process of your your refund request. My return shows that it delivered this morning, but at the PO for pickup. The address it was sent to is a physical address. Not sure why they have to pick it up at the PO. They say they will refund the funds within 7 days of receiving the item. Be aware that it also says that the item must be in the condition in which it was received and that trying on an item can damage it. I said in my refund request comment that I never even tried it on as I could see it was way too large. I will update if I actually get the refund.
I was able to get into the website and enter a "ticket" for return. I had to jump through hoops, but I mailed the dress back for a full refund, minus the shipping to and from me. We shall see if I actually get the refund. I will still say stay away from this company.
Dress is way too big although I ordered the suggested size based on height and weight. The fabric is cheap, lace is tattered. It came in a plastic pak smaller than a sheet of paper. If I had known beforehand that this would come from Shanghai, I would have never ordered from Rosewe. Probably made by a poor, overworked person who makes nothing. Those poor people deserve so much better. Now that the dress has arrived, the website will not let me sign in to initiate a return. Just sits there with my username and password entered, but will not even try to open. The only good thing was that it did arrive before the event I had ordered it for, although that does me no good now.
