Tried returning some items,,, never received confirmation, tried calling,, it was now past 30 days,,, no refund allowed,,, emailed them, still no refund,,, clothes fit small in all styles,,, you need to order size or 2 larger

Paid for my order - took an inordinate amount of time to arrive by which time I had opened a dispute with Paypal. Order arrived and has been promptly consigned to the rubbish bin - clothes are cheap, ill fitting and very very poor quality. I had tried to contact them by email through their website to no avail. I can see their so called responses on the review page but would be very interested to know if any customer ever got their money back. This site is to be avoided if you don't want to spend your money on cheap rubbishy clothing.

The pink color is soft and romantic, and the neckline has more than enough room for a large bust, while still looking good on a small one. The length hits me several inches below the knee, but isn't unflattering at all! Again, I am thrilled with this purchase. Shipping was quick since I used Prime, and the dress arrived in a lovely zip bag, neatly folded. It is a bit difficult to iron using a conventional iron, I had to use a wet cloth to press it, but a good steaming should work perfectly, and once it's pressed, it hold the press for a long time! Would absolutely recommend this dress to anyone who asks, I'll be buying myself one in every color!

I was skeptical at first because the prices are so affordable. However, everything arrived within a reasonable amount of time, was as pictured and described, fit according to size chart and appear to be well constructed. I purchased 5 things but had to return 2 because I ordered up a size and they were too large for me. The fabric is stretchy which can be good for some. My only negative would be the fabric can get picks and snags if you are not careful. That said, it is still really pretty and worth purchasing. Especially for the price. Now I am waiting on my refund and I re ordered a dress in a smaller size. The tracking info is helpful and so far everything has been according to the companies advertising.

This dress is a great deal. The shape and quality far exceed what you would expect at this price point. I'm 5'9 and the length is just at my knees. Perfect for something you can toss in suitcase or overnight bag to be prepared for almost any occasion without needing an iron. It's simple enough to wear with flats for daytime but can easily be dressed up with heels for going out, meetings, date night, and so on. I'm seriously considering getting it in a few more colors just to have on hand.

Poor quality, HORRIBLE customer service! Takes 2 months to get your merchandise and then the clothes may be HUGE or may be TINY, you just never know. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal as they said to, but one dress is like a sack, while one is probably a XS instead of a XL. You can never know what size to order! Their return policy? They'll tell you 60% back if YOU pay to return to China or 20% back to keep it. That was hidden when I bought them. I'm out $25.91! This is how they make their money! Don't ever order from them! The good reviews must be from their management!

Rosewe offered partial refund if no return (I am guessing they still make money this way, because the swim suit I bought was made in China and was very poor quality and probably cost them to buy from manufacture $5) or sending it back and paying the shipping was another option. I am traveling all summer, so I chose partial refund. I guess better then nothing. Overall very disappointed with this shopping experience. Waste of money for me.

Purchased 2 dresses of very different styles for my partner. The items were shipped within 3 days and were delivered a week later. Both dresses look great. I would definitely recommend the website to anyone and will most likely use it again!

So, I ordered this really cute dress for graduation, it looks like it'll be the perfect choice, with just enough sass and class. It was supposed to ship within 24 hours (I didn't know that 3 days could take place within a 24 hour time span) and I even paid for expedited shipping so it would get here on time! Well it came, on time I'll give them that, and it's this stupid little sheet like thing that looks nothing like the picture and was a complete waste of money. I've heard they don't give great refunds so I'm crossing my fingers that I might get one. Moral of the story... don't order from this company, it's loaded with crap.
