I put in my order of summer clothes on May 20 and as of today I received NOTHING from the company except
E mails asking me to be patient.
I think this company tries to scam customers. In addition, pay pal is not helpful resolving the issue or helping to get a refund.
I asked here twice. The first time it was amazing, I got exactly the dress I ordered and loved it. The second time, I noticed that it took a little longer to arrive, but I suppose it was because of the transportation problems due to the virus. I highly recommend them, especially for their incredibly low prices.
Delivered as promised. I bought a dress and a blouse for myself. My daughters said I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I was worried after that and checked the reviews... some good and some bad. Anyway, the clothes arrived as scheduled and as advertised much to my relief.
I really love this coat that I bought in Roselinlin! It is warm, thick and soft with my skin, it gives you that curvy shape as in the image, I loved it! I'm going to order another new one of another color
The entire online process was very easy. I thank the customer service, I had to return the dress because unfortunately it did not fit, the size was not mine. The change was easy and hassle-free, it is a nice dress that was worth the wait, I will buy it again.
Site says my order got to san fran on 5/18/2020, but haven't gotten it in indiana yet. Been asking about the order since 6/7 and have gotten no response. Tracking on the site itself says 2020-05-18 13:21:00 Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 1:21 pm on May 18,2020 in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA *******. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. What does that even mean? I'm so tired of asking and so angry i can't stand it. It's going on 2 months since i ordered these things. Good thing i wasn't in a hurry for them. They say they will respond in 24 hours. What a joke. They don't respond at all. I've requested a response 3 times and haven't heard back once yet.

Clothing is the best, and there is a wide range to choose from. There are great deals and great free items. Although there are some small garments that are based on women's average body shape, sizes are almost always the normal average.
Waited a month for order, sent it back (sizes have no relationship to any known format) asked for a refund, have waited for more than two month and do not expect any satisfaction. Do not have customer information on website, should have been a red flag.

I love these clothes! I have never been able to buy clothes anywhere else on the internet. But with this website I can choose my designs, I love it. I have been using this website for a few months now and never had any problems with them.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
