I made the mistake of ordering from this company via FB. Never again will I trust FB advertisers. This company is owned by the richest man in China. They have satellite warehouses all over the U S. So when your packages come they won't have Chinese writing they have an address with a warehouse street number and city, state. They are very sneaky. Totally fraudulent! So don't open the package and send it, return to sender, cross out your name and address. No proof that it was received. Call your bank and dispute the charges.

I placed an order thinking I was ordering from a U.S. company until I saw the Chinese writing on my CC account. The return address on the packaging is a US address:
1100 Cranbury South River Road. Monroe Township, NJ *******.
After emailing for a return authorization they offered 15% refund. I refused the offer. I wanted to return 2 of 3 shipments. I haven't received 3rd package and offered to refuse it.
I was given an address in China to return the Junk I received and said if I refused the 3rd package, I would never get a refund. I'd have to pay, air freight plus customs charges and was told at Posting that it would cost more than was worth and I can't prove they ever receive it.
This company is not honest and I would think twice before buying online ever again.

Worst most disingenuous outfit you will ever try to do business with. Located in China with a business plan from hell. Received pants a week after ordering way oversized. Decided to eat two $8 shipping fees for a $16 pair of pants and return them, but had NO ADDRESS and NO PHONE NUMBER. After FIVE emails requesting the return address, I received not an address but an offer to keep the oversized useless pants having paid for them and offering me a 15% discount on more of their useless garbage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. I unfortunately did not read the existing revews (95% panning them) until too late. Only gave them one star instead of ZERO because it would not allow me to hit submit.

Worse than bad. I almost exclusively shop online and this is the first time I have written a review since I believe ladies need to be warned about this product line. The pictures depicted beautiful clothing and what I got was sub par - something I wouldn't even look at in a outlet store. The material was cheap, the stitching was just short of basting (long running stitching) and the quality of the garment was substandard. They get you buy giving you discounts the more you buy. I purchased 3 blouses over 3 weeks ago. I have only received one so far, that I never would have purchased had I seen it first. The return policy is ridiculous since you have to send it back to CHINA at your own expense. They will give you a cash refund if you keep the garment... but who wants to keep something they will never wear.
I understand that this website also sells under another name. LADIES BEWARE! You know something is fishy when you read the reviews and the only 5 star reviews make absolutely no sense.
Just got my second garment and was a cheap disgusting garment - terrible quality. Will send this one back to China no matter the cost. Can't understand how a company like this continues to sell clothes.

Not to buy any product from this company.The delivered cloths are poor standard, like as they came from China off street shop( branded as Miss Look). Refund and resend back is oversea to China and it gave only 2 weeks to reach them otherwise they refuse to refund, impossible. Colour of blouse is totally different but they argue. It is FAKE products, they copied elegant picture from somewhere to advertise on line.
Refund is impossible.
I ordered in early June but delivered only after 3-4 weeks, one by one delivery via DHL. When I got notice from DHL as delivery is going to take place on such date. I contacted DHL who said the goods were not even collected at Depot at Dubai. DHL advised me to contact Roselinlin to collect from depot. So DHL text message to my mobile is even scam message from the company just to reassure.

Roselinlin clothing has been popping up on all my devices! I saw a dress (a shift kind of dress) that looked perfect for a hot summer day. I ordered a size up because I want it to be loose for hot weather. It took longer to receive than most orders online. I really liked it. BUT I couldn't get the dress on over my bust. (I'm a c cup and I ordered a size up)
So I followed the directions to return and they sent back an email asking for the exact info I'd provided in my email. THEN, after another email from me Vincy advised that its so complicated to return that he suggests I accept 15% back from them. The company is in China and even though the clothing looks loose and comfortable, its probably made for Chinese women. Not a 78 year old chubbette... SO BE WARNED... BUY A COUPLE SIZES UP OR... DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

NEVER buy anything on this site. It's a fraud! The clothes are flimsy and not true to size. Just try to return something... they make it so impossible you might as well give it to a thrift shop. They change their name constantly. They make up fake good reviews. You can tell because they use poor English. They are located in China and it took three months to receive an item. Look up customer reviews on their site and see what I mean. I would estimate 90% of the reviews are POOR. The other ones are made up.
