The fabric is described cotton and linen, but it is not cotton and linen, the size is way bigger than it is described, the color is completely different from the picture. The product description is completely inaccurate. It is so difficult to return.
I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I liked the styles and ordered 5 summer dresses. The first two didn't fit and the remainder had very cheap fabric that feels like flexible cellaphane. Plus, the colors are not true to the pictures. The return policy is basically "too bad" as the company is in China and ships from there. It would cost more to return than the dress cost. They offer a 15% refund/credit back to your card and suggested that I use the money to have the items altered. I couldn't pay for anything but maybe a hemming with that amount. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Brought item with paypal - thank god - pay after deliver at the end of May - they took the payment from me on the 6th June - no sign of the goods - I left it until July to chase and got a pathetic reply to inform me there were dispatch issues - which I was not informed of - on the 9th July they tell me the goods have been shipped - it's now the 19th of july and still no sign of my delivery- they offered a paltry 10% refund of the purchase price for my patioence on the 9th July - this has never been seen - they will take your money and not send the goods - be warned - they have been reported to trading standards - ebay and PayPal

If you read the "positive" reviews, they are obviously written by family/friends who are not well versed in the English language. That's the first indication that this company is not whom they represent. STAY AWAY.

Trashy, and garbage, not worth the costs, all made in China found out after. Anyone who said fast shipping is 100% delusional. SHUT this retailer (?) down, it is a crime. Feel ill over my purchases at roselinlin, also sizing is NOT accurate, much smaller than should be. Regret that you don't have a half star above.

I opened a case against Roselinlin with my credit union, which worked with VISA to get me my money back. It took a while, but it worked, and I did not have to pay for the awful merchandise or send it back to China. I urge folks to complain both to their banking institutions and to the federal government at econsumer.gov in an effort to put these people out of business.

Like others who posted reviews here, I have had a ghastly experience with this company. Of the three items I ordered, Roselinlin refunded the price of one with no explanation. The other two arrived after 5 weeks and are nothing like the advertisements. They are made of cheap polyester/cotton material; one is far too small, the other so flimsy it is see-through. That item also has holes in the pockets and is a sickly yellow color rather than beige. My credit union has only a limited ability to help but has tried, while the company has lied and stonewalled. I did file a complaint with the federal government (econsumer.gov), and perhaps if enough people do that someone will take notice. My CU has also spoke with VISA about the possibility of declining transactions with this company. Lesson learned! Do your homework before ordering on line--and for the record, I found lovely, comparable, cheaper brand-name clothes at TJ MAXX.
Website photos are misleading. Fabric quality and fit are terrible. Goods can only be returned to China at your expense! Items advertised as linen are actually synthetic or blend. Company selling the same merchandise on a number of sites. Prices seem good, the goods are worth a fraction of the price!

I ordered clothing that arrived only when I threatened to contact my credit card company. It is so badly made that I can't wear it.
But the worst thing is that these websites appear every time I log into the NYT or the Washington Post. I tried to report them to Google as a scam, but there is no way to do that. I only got rid of them by switching to Duck Duck Go.

Finally got my order after not hearing anything for weeks and then having to ask whether I should cancel with my credit card.
The clothes in my order fit -- it is really important to measure yourself. The sizing is much different than usual websites. That said, the items that I ordered that were supposed to be linen blends are not linen. The cotton blend materials are scratchy and uncomfortable. One pair of pants is not even a blend, but rather all synthetic.
I won't be ordering again.
3 times I tried to find out what shoe size 38,39, etc are equivalent to in the USA. TOLD THEM TO FOR FEY IT N THIS SHOULD NOT BE THIS COMPLICATED. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Total scam. To date i have received nothing that i ordered over 2 weeks ago and i shoukd have known at those prices the place is a scam.
I purchased 4 tops from this store, online, foolishly thinking I was getting a good deal. The site had cut and pasted photos from other online sites I frequent. I thought I was getting nice, well made tops at a better price than what I had seen at my favored sites...
Each piece came separately, from China one still hasn't arrived. It's been 2 months.
The tops are not even close to what is pictured at their site. Inferior fabrics, style and fit. Just absolutely ugly...
When I started a dispute with Roselinlin it has dragged out so long that I finally decided to take the "15%" back to PayPal that they offered rather than throwing good money after bad and having to ship the items back to China.
I just suggest to steer clear of Roselinlin. I shop a good bit on line and have NEVER had this kind of experience.

This is a scam. The pictures online of the clothing are not what you will receive. I ordered 2 tops from this company and they were nothing like the picture I thought I was getting. Suppose to be cotton/linen but were cheap gauze that looks more like a thin cheap rag. It's too bad because the pictures they show of the clothes look great but you will not get what is pictured.

I ordered 3 shirts from Roselinlin and when I received 2 shirts, design and fabric was totally different than online Ad. Very disappointed that around neck design and fabric wasn't even similar as advertised. Check it online for Casual Long Sleeve ShirtsPink / $28.20, compare shirt that I attached photo and It took almost 1 moth to received a shirt than 1 shirt did not even ship for more than 25 days then I cancelled 3rd shirts. I decided to keep a 1st shirt then want to return back 2nd shirt, then they requested send back with shipping tracking number. Then, I went to the US Post office, it cost $34 shipping fees with tracking number. Shirt cost $28 each and it was not even worthy to ship back to them. Then I requested send me the prepaid return label since they sent me a wrong shirt then reply my email states that cutting differs due to different batch, that's why the item shows different from the photo in website. They said will offer me 15% off discount and want me to keep a shirt. But it was not worthy to keep a shirt, When I tried on it looks like I'm a $#*!ed person. 3rd shirt that I never got it and waited for over month then I end up cancel a 3rd shirt. However, I still haven't received a refund credit yet. If I knew a shirt coming from China then I wouldn't ordered at the beginning. I'm going to dispute charges with my credit company for false advertised online. I'm never gonna order the clothes from Roselinlin, there customer services was terrible and no respect whatsoever. I strongly recommend to everyone very careful when you order things from Roselinlin

I ordered 3 tops from them. They took much longer than expected to arrive. The sizes on the tops were completely different than the sizes of the actual garments. 2XL was smaller than XS. 4XL was smaller than XS. The garments arrived with no contact information or return information. After several emails asking to return the garments, I received a response discouraging me from returning the items saying I would have to pay the shipping to China, some ridiculous statements about the return address having to be valid, and offering me 15% refund so I could alter the garments myself. The company has no interest in customer service or sending quality garments.

The pictures look great -- linen/cotton blend clothing. The crap sent is garbage, poorly made and falsely advertised. Ugly, very ugly and not in any manner like the items pictured in the ads. If you used Paypal, you need to let them know about the false advertisements. Also, it might not be bad to alert US governmental agencies in order that their are no longer allowed to trade in the U.S. They have U.S. distribution centers. Check who owns them and sue as distributors in the line of fraudulent items through the U.S. mail.

Do not order from this website. The dress I ordered is a completely different color than what is pictured on the website. It is an unattractive bright neon orange with garish yellow-gold accents. Furthermore, the seams are crooked. The sweater is a stellar example of poor craftsmanship and, again, looks very little like the picture.
I will happily refrain from shopping at this store in future. I took the 15% discount as they made it clear that it would not be worth my while to incur costs to return items to China.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
