I placed an order on May 16,2019. After a couple of weeks, I received half the order. After I sent an E-mail inquiring about the remaining blouses, they sent an E-mail indicating I would be receiving the 2 remaining blouses within 2 weeks. WELL, here I am July 10,2019, and NOTHING yet. They are the worst, Beyer Beware Ellen.
I ordered 3 items from Roselnlin and paid through Paypal. They failed to send the most expensive item. They offered to reimburse me less than the unsent item cost through Paypal. I refused since I paid more for the item. Paypal claims that unless I assume the cost of sending back the two items they did send I can not be considered for a refund. I contacted Roselinlin several times, but to no avail. Their business practices seem somewhat shady. I will never do business with them again.

RoseLinLin offers clothing made of linen or cotton/linen, but sends cotton/polyester. Beware: false advertising/Bait & Switch. Will not pay a dime for stuff I did not order, not for clothing nor for shipment nor for return. Email exchange dragging on forever now. Chase not responding to payment dispute, neither. Not yet, anyway.

If you like getting ripped off, this is the company for you. The pictures lie. The so-called linen pants are 100% shiny polyester like nurses wear. When you say you're dissatisfied, you learn it's either paying for return shipping to China (more than the cost of the pants) or 15% credit and you keep the pants. I got screwed. Please shop elsewhere!

Ordered three tops; none as advertised; shoddy workmanship; must be returned to China - not NJ location from where the crap is shipped; offered 15% refund and then disappeared from view; they do not respond to emails. Great Britian LLC, manufactures in China, ships from New Jersey.

I ordered from Luyle with the same outcome. The CHEAPEST, UGLIEST CLOTHES THAT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES and took forever to get with numerous emails that were answered with lots of typos from China. There seems to be a lot of these sites that operate under one company. Definitely a scam!

Should have read the reviews before purchase. Not a single item of the 4 items purchased was accurate or true to size. Material shoddy, the size was for someone half my size (XL). No way to send back given there is NO INFORMATION. Notified my credit company to CANCEL the charge and contacted Better Business to make it known about ROSELININ. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Watch out. The pictures are gorgeous but the products are low quality and the sizes are inconsistent. One top was way too tight while the other was huge, both the same size. Forget about returns. The company knows the cost of returns is prohibitive. So dishonest! Also, this company sells its products under many different store names but the photos are the same. Watch out!

Purchased two items that were supposed to be linen. They arrived a month later and were 100% polyester. I complained that the company listed their products wrongly and asked to return the items. They said I have to pay the return shipping, even though they sold me item that was not as listed (natural fibre). I shipped the items back at my cost and now 3 months later they have not paid a penny back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Paypal will ask you to return to China on tracked postage that will likely cost more than your purchase. All part of the scam. Paypal should not be associated with this company, but only see $$$ at the bottom line. They will NOT protect you.

I purchase ALL of my clothes online. Roselinlin by FAR is the worst; both in quality product and customer service. First order ($250+) shipped staggered... took over 6 weeks to arrive. One item didn't fit... absolutely no response from customer services (you have to email them to find out how to return) and then, you cannot return after 15 days... how convenient. Quality is something akin to Walmart. Bought 4 clothing items---lousy. Bought one jewelry item---it really is plastic! OMG... I cannot believe how horrid this experience has been! *** BTW, you can tell that 5 star review was written by a reviewer; or an employee; not an actual customer as it doesn't even make sense. The rest of the reviews are very similar to mine! STAY AWAY!

Recently bought 2 tshirts and a trouser from here, first they sent me the wrong trousers and then the tshirts were nothing like the photo, material was completely different and the length of the tshirts was done to my knees. I asked for a full refund because i was mis-sold and they said best they would do was offer me 15% discount they would not even accept that they sent the wrong trousers and pay for them to be returned and refunded. They now do not answer any of my emails. Please do not be conned by this site!

Unfortunately, I saw the consistently bad reviews too late & ordered six items totalling US$250. Constant pestering was required in order to receive even one item then my order was shipped in a staggered fashion in four separate lots each taking greater than a month to arrive. The sixth item was never shipped at all! The quality of the clothing fabric & workmanship was appalling & they looked nothing like the web image. The fit was highly variable despite being of the same size. I suspect this companies refund & exchange policy flouts all kind of consumer laws. Communication from Roselinlin was poor (you just keep getting told it will be shipped in another 10-15 days) & in the end they just weren't even responding to my enquires regarding the whereabouts of the last item. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered $178.00 of merchandise including 4 dresses, 1 top and several pieces of jewelry.
The dresses and top are nothing but rags. Worse than K Mart quality. The jewelry is the cheapest of cheap. The entire order is nothing but trash.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
