Where to begin? The clothes on the Roselinlin website look gorgeous. Classic, gorgeous, well made. Reality is the tops that I ordered are pieces of JUNK. I ordered 3 tops and on the website each one looks like the fabric is linen and the description says they are linen. What I received is unbelievable. One of them is gauze like, transparent material. Gauze like you buy a roll of gauze at the drugstore to wrap a wound! I gave it to a co-worker for her teen daughter. She can wear it as a bathing suit cover-up I guess! Another is an oily, greasy, slimy feeling material that I'm not sure what it is exactly! The smell of it was disgusting and it went right into the garbage! Thank goodness tomorrow is trash pick-up day! The third top has a somewhat linen look to it but the material is cheap and thin. It is the only one that appears to be salvageable, however I have to wait to see how it holds up in the wash. I will be washing it before I even try it on! The top is poorly constructed and the color is not as pictured on the website. On the only positive side, I ordered 2 necklaces and they are nice and as expected. They look like what is on the website. It took 7 weeks for the order to arrive and my emails asking for the status of my order went unanswered. I had given up hope and called my charge card company to file a dispute on the payment last night and the order arrived today. I cannot afford to pay the shipping costs to China to return this junk so I am stuck with them. The company is dishonest as their website lures you in and then reality hits when their disgusting merchandise is delivered. I hope others are smarter than me and read the reviews (which are all true based on my own experience) and do not waste hard earned money on these scam artists.
This place is a rip off. I purchased 3 pieces. First, they charge a foreign ATM conversion fee (which they do not disclose). I've been shopping online and overseas for years and I've never incurred this kind of fee. The clothes are poorly made, the sizing is ridiculously off, the clothes you receive don't match the pictures of the clothes on the website, the material specified on the website is not what the garments are actually made of, and all of the clothes are labeled dry clean only (which was also NOT specified; I would've never ordered them had I known that). It took a few back and forth e-mails (merely requesting a return address was like a "Who's on First?" routine) with "customer service" to finally find out about their scam-$#*! return policy, and I still wasn't provided a return address. You have to pay for return shipping and customs fees to their distribution center in China. Instead of providing me with a return address to send the items back, they offered me a 15% discount to "get my clothes altered" and warned me that shipping to China is expensive and will take too long for a proper and timely refund. No phone number to call and complain. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE! P.S. We should be able to leave ZERO stars, since that's what these thieves deserve.

Oh how I wish I had checked for reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered 4 cotton/linen tops, it took 3 weeks to receive one item, 5 weeks to receive the second ( I was expecting this given they are based in China). Both items were very cheaply made, the hem of the second tunic was completely chopped off, didn't match the other side. I still have not received 2 of the 4 items I ordered (8 weeks after ordering). After realizing what a scam this company is I decided not to bother with a return but to file a transaction dispute with Paypal to get my money back for the two items I haven't received. Do not waste your hard-earned money with this business... and be careful as they sell these items under many other store/website names. Do a Google search before you make a purchase, I wish I had.

I ordered 4 pieces. None of them fit at all. The material, advertised as "linen" was not linen or even cotton. Some corduroy-like synthetic material. It wasn't the style I'd ordered either. When I contacted them via email to return the items, I learned that their "return center" was in China, I'd have to pay shipping and customs costs.
I got no response to my email until I finally gave up and emailed again to say I'd agree to a 15% refund. That's when I got a very timely response, what a coincidence.
It's clearly a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM ROSELINLIN!

I ordered 3 tops and pants. Only two tops came and they are too small. I wear medium and they are a perfect fit. I'm an Asian born in Canada. I asked about returns and it's so convoluted. They said they could give me 15% which will pay for having the clothing fixed so they will fit. The seams are non existent and can't be opened. Don't buy these clothes... what a joke. They don't look like the pictures either.

Have you noticed the scam here? Pop-Ups from companies whose name changes from feminine appealing names, are all from China. Their wares look terrific in internet adds, prices seem low until you order and the problems begin. It may take 6 weeks to receive your order (it is from China after all), the sizes don't conform with the American female body, the quality is not as advertised and there is no way to return anything. Each consumer should research the company before ordering. No matter how cute or stylish the picture on-line of the item is, it will not live up to it that image.
Get smart and do your research before you buy!

Wow... don't buy from this company! I ordered two cute "cotton/linen" tops from Roselinlin, and eagerly awaited their arrival. The pictures in their online ads looked beautiful and well-made. However, the two items I received are made of neither cotton nor linen, but the cheapest polyester! What's worse, they are of the shoddiest workmanship! I wrote to Roselinlin requesting to return these items, and was informed that their "return center" is in Guangzhou, China, and that I would have to pay the costs of shipping to return these shoddy items, as well as any "customs fees!" After warning me about long and costly shipping to China, they offered me a 15% "cash refund!" What a deal! This is how Roselinlin makes it money, folks! Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company! They are a total and complete scam!

STAY AWAY! Products are of terrible quality and the sizing is way off. You can only return the items to China, and you have to pay postage and customs yourself. Complete ripoff.

I loved the look of the items on their web site. I did receive the items which were not as nice of fabric as I had hoped and if they do have a % linen it is maybe 5%. The biggest issue with their plus size things is that the arms were too tight on everything. I wear a 2x and from looking at sizing inches bought a 5x in their sizes which for the most part worked except for the arms. I suppose they assume that overweight people do not gain weight in their arms.
I have sent 4 emails to their support site and the only response i got back was that they could not find my order. I am going to go through my credit card to try and get the money back because clearly there is no way to actually return anything within their 15day window.
I suppose I should be greatful that i actually received the order.

DO NOT patronize this Chinese site. Trust me - the two pair of pants I ordered smelled awful, were made of cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures.

Roselinlin's clothing is cute but unfortunately the company doesn't size correctly & doesn't have a satisfactory return/exchange policy. They are located in China & require returns be shipped to their address there at our own expense. Much too costly to be worthwhile. Many clothing companies located in other countries have an address in the US for returns. Roselinlin does not.
Instead of returning the too small garment I received for exchange for a larger size, they offered a 15% cash refund & suggested I get the top altered. I asked them to say how to alter this garment to make it LARGER when its seams contain NO extra fabric - and also pointed out that if it were possible to have a tailor make this top larger, it would cost me at least $25, the price I paid for the top in the first place.
So I'm warning potential Roselinlin customers living outside of China to be aware of two problems with this company:
1. Their unsatisfactory return/exchange policy
2. Their misleading sizing. I wear a US 14 so ordered the top in XL, which turned out to be more of a M. The top I ordered is linen & meant to skim the body in an A-line. Instead, their XL fits skin tight & the linen fabric could possibly shrink a bit even if washed in cold water.

Do not order from this site!. Nowhere on their site does it say they are in China, that goods will be shipped from (and must be returned to) China and take forever. Their sizes are meaningless, the fabrics are a) not what is represented on the site and b) are total crap (not linen or cotton, some cheesy polyester material). No actual return info is on their site. You have to email them and then reply to that email within 7 days to get a return label. AND RETURN TO CHINA. Offered me 15% refund if I didn't actually return.
When the order confirmation appeared in my email (partially in Chinese) I knew I'd made a mistake but there was no way to cancel the order because the email did not arrive in time to do so. Their site is a total deception. Money lost, lesson learned.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
