I ordered last Jul 3 and delivered last Jul 16 before my event. This is my first online shopping and I was scared after reading all the negative reviews in this site. But I loved it.
Pants made of substandard fabric. The legs were too long on the pants and when I tried to contact the company to return the merchandise and get a refund, no one at their "service" email address responded.
Save yourself a lot of disappointment and irritation trying to deal with Roselinlin.
This company is a scam. The clothes are substandard, made of cheap material. I was unable to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

I love shopping with this website. I have loved everything I have purchased. They usually reply quickly to emails and have even refunded me when I accidently made a purchase which I did not intend to. Overall, great customer service!
I used google image search (you can find instructions on how to do it online) to check on a skirt I liked on this site and the result list came up with multiple pages of various sites that apparently sell this product. I would be very cautious to buy from a company with this business model, obviously not based on name recognition and customer satisfaction.

I ordered a dress for my fiance's birthday well over a month in advance, and I received it in 20 days
The best advise is to pay close attention to sizes, maybe order a much larger size
The items were perfect, my experience was excellent. The size of cloths is adequate and sending time is about 2 weeks. Very great shop!
I did not pay attention to the reviews... and I am sorry... I am LEFT with 2 tops NOT hemmed and with RAGGED strings hanging... and feel so SAD that I was cheated at 81 years old... JUST PAY ATTENTION TO THESE REVIEWS and SAVE your money and thank me.

I contacted the store because my package was taking too long and the customer service reps was very helpful and friendly.
Ordered a blouse, which to ages to arrive and when it did there was a massive fault right at the front. I contacted them and they said I could return it but had to pay the postage to China or else they would just give me discount. I was so fed up, I took the discount. The designs are good (and look great in the ads) but the quality of material and finishing is awful. Will not buy from them again.

This company must be a fraud. I was enticed by the pictures and then I noticed that a lot of the dresses were similar to dresses I like through Sundance Catalog. Go to sundancecatalog.com and look through the dresses, they are the exact same stock photos with the exact same models. I was at first sucked in with the lower prices but I kept noticing they are using the same stock photos as the catalog that I have ordered from. I'm definitely not wasting my money. I feel bad for the people who lost out on their money and the company should be ashamed of themselves.

Yeah, this company, as well as its sister "Noracora," is a scam. Clothing is of horrible quality and is deceptively sold as either linen (it's not) or cotton (it's not that, either). Oversized, sleazy-feeling polyester, which is the second-biggest cause of earth's pollution, is what this schmatte is made of. Don't be deceived! Additionally, there is no way to return this garbage unless you want to pay the insane shipping costs to China! Have fun with that!

Agree with other negative reviews. Their products are junk. Then you can even return them. Forget about a refund. This is a scam. The photos are enticing, that's all.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
