I have sent 4 e-mails requesting a return address for the item I purchased as it was too large and the material was not as advertised. You cannot return an item using the address on the package as this is a distribution center only.
You also have only a 15 day window to make the return so as it stands right now I am stuck with a too large, poor quality item with no way to get a refund.
Will never place another order with this company.
Website will say cotton but it is polyester. Everything I ordered on website says 100% cotton, not cotton blend, but COTTON! When I received all 6 tops I ordered from Roselinlin they were all cotton/polyester. False advertising.

I got a red skirt from here in march. I got it in a Large size and that was just right for me because I like my clothes to be big on me. The material was good. The delivery was very slow.
Customer service sucks and impossible to return anything even tho items are not sized correctly and fiber content is not what is stated in the website. Poor workmanship. Must be chinese slave labor. Buy local.

Woe is Me - - If only I'd looked up Roselinlin.com on the internet before being induced by a pop up ad on my screen to order from them! They show trendy, cute clothes in larger sizes. Trouble is, their size 5x only fits a 1x or 2x after washing. Fabric is cheap, clothing put together hap-hazzardly. Example: my top had two back pieces with middle seam. The left side was three inches longer than the right side, with the middle seam having a split about 4 inches up. Their size charts are way off - - do not match up from one item to the next.

Garbage. GARBAGE. Clothes barely resemble what you see online. Sizing is way off. Cheap and basic. WAY OVERPRICED. I completely regret my purchase. I get much better clothing at Salvation Army and Good Will.

If you don't want to be scam by this site and others like this... like wish, shane, zaful, etc. Don't buy, this website are cheap because everything they use is cheap and the most terrible is the workers, they are slaved by these companies. Please be a responsable buyer and human and at least try to check we're you buy and if is a fair trade place. Almost everything from China will be probably a human slavery work place...

Recomiendo esta tienda por que la conozco hace aproximadamente un año y puedo decir que es confiable, hace cobros seguros, y la ropa es de buena calidad, nos ofrece precios bajos y pues en general obtienes lo que pagas.
I normally wear a small/xsmall in US size and I order a M sweatter from roselinlin. The sweatter took about 2 weeks to arrive.
However,u get what you paid for. In generally, I am satisfied with the purchase.
I also ordered 4 items but luckily I was able to cancel 1 item before it was ship to me. The other 3 items are completely horrendous! This company is a SCAM. All the items shown on the website are fake. There is no comparison to what you receive. It's just pure garbage. And you cannot return the items because you have to send it to CHINA. The cost involve is very high. Opted for a 25% cash credit of the original price. Everything went to the donation center. Companies like this should not be permitted to do business anywhere in the world! Rating of 1 should be 000.

I ordered 4 items. The photos are wonderful on line What you receive is terrible. The quality of the material is paper thin. Totally quality, construction of clothing, terrible. Return policy, terrible. Hopefully you read legit reviews on this company. There are 5 star reviews that obviously fake. Beware!

Good user service and cute clothes... I recommended see always the size tables, it helps!... GOOD!
Do NOT buy from this site. The shirt I received looks nothing like the photo on the website. Multiple emails later, I have no resolution. My only option was to spend as much as I paid for the cheap POS garment to return it to an address in China. Save yourself the hassle.

I ordered 3 items one month ago
2 arrived and were $#*! quality - totally see through material all wrinkled - poorly made
The 3rd item did not arrive
After contacting them 5x to get a return shipping label
I contacted them again to cancel the 3rd item which they said had not even been sent out yet - so i said cancel it then please!

Then it will be 10% of what was portrayed in the photo
Then i will have to write you 5x to get a return shipping label
Then i'll have to pay $24 to return it to China and wait 20 minutes in line at the post office bc the return address is so long and it does not fit into the USPS computer system
Then it'll take another month to get reimbursed half of what i paid - if i am lucky
Thanks for taking my money and deliverying poor products and then taking more of my money and time in return
