I ordered 2 pair of pants both the same size but diff styles and both supposed to be cotton/linen blend well let me tell you! The pants are different sizes neither of which fits and the material is NOT COTTON OR LINEN, it's thin and cheap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM! READ THE REVIEWS, I wish I did but at least I only ordered 2 items. I am not even going to waste my time or effort trying to return. Lesson learned.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have! I bought a blouse and a pants. I order the wrong size on the pants and wanted to return them. The runaround I got from this company is unbelievable. They are scammers they offered me 15% discount in cash if I didn't return the product, supposedly to save me money on the shipping back to them in China. I swear they change their name At will whenever it suits them. Do not buy from this company it's a scam company. It offers you pennies on the dollar not to return their product for whatever reason. 15% of purchase. I can't fight this type of business practices from a Chinese company, however, I will not do business with them ever again. PayPal should not do business with them as well or notify their customers of their business practices. BEWARE I had to give a 1 star or they wouldn't put my rating through!

I had a previous bad experience with some other site and swore i would never buy clothing made in china. Had i know this was the case with Roselinlin i would NOT have ordered any of the items I paid for. I have sent about four emails now and keep getting the same stupid auto-email reply. I can see i probably am not going to to be able to get my money back. Hoping i might have some better resolution with Paypal since that's what i used for payment.

Beware. The products from Roselinlin are substandard. I ordered several items. Awful fabric. I knew I was taking a chance since the prices were so low. I attempted to return the items. The least expensive shipping fee to return the items (to China) was going to be $246.00 - more than the cost of the items. This is a great example of "you get what you pay for". This company should be reported for false advertising.

If you want to have the latest in fashion and get it with the best materials, then roselinlin is for you. I purchased some costume accessories from this store for my mum and she loved it.
I ordered a pair of pants. They arrived- wrong colour. After sales service was dreadful. Should have offered a full refund or send me the pair I ordered. I was prepared to then return the incorrect pair. After MANY email they offered me 50% refund of purchase price- not shipping. I wouldn't trust this company to purchase on line and have told them so.

Stay away from Roselinlin. They are located and ship directly from China and have a joke of a return policy! I ordered about 10 items from them thinking I would just return the items that don't fit. When it came time to return- about 6 items- I sent them an email as stated on their online return policy. They asked me to list the description and size of each item- some of my item descriptions were written in Chinese characters so I had no way of writing a correct description. Then when I received an reply email to my return request "Celia" asked if I would rather take a 15% refund because sensor everything back to China would cost me a lot. Here is part of the email cut and pasted "Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I emailed back and asked for 50% refund and they turned about and offered 25% which I will take because otherwise it's such a hassle. Stay away!
Oh, and a button from one of the shirts fell off the first day I wore it.

I BOUGHT ABOUT 20 ITEMS DRESSES, PANTS, BLOUSES THEY LOOK NICE TO THE PICS ON THE WEBSITE. VERY DISAPPOINTING THOSE MERCHANDISE THEY SENT OUT IS NOT WHAT ITS SHOWN IN THOSE PICTURES. THE CLOTHING IS HORRIBLE POOR QUALITY, THE FABRIC WAS UGLY AND CHEAP, PANTS AND BLOUSES WERE NOT REALLY "LINEN" AS DESCRIBED. I AM NOT EVEN ABLE TO GIVE THEM TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW EVEN GOOD WILL. The photos can not be of the actual products. Looks like they manufactured items just for the photos and then created the cheapest knock offs. When they say the fiber content is cotton, they must be referring to the cotton thread. Even the least expensive items that are manufactured in the US, or likely most anywhere else, are infinitely better quality than these. Am not even able to give them to anyone that I know. Something should be done about this company. It's a rip off. Know of any attorney that would take this case?
They said they would give me a credit for one item that they never sent... we shall see. I still have about 4 other items that I have and can't return. Buyer beware.

I ordered a really cute black top. I received my items about two weeks after I ordered. I'm totally excited about this site and look forward in ordering more products from this store.
Roselinlin has my best accesories and dresses that matches my quality. I cannot ask for more but i will always keep tab on their more improved quality fashion attires. You can purchase all the products from this site. I love it
Ordered a dress that arrived with a grease stain across the chest. They asked for pictures for "proofs" which I sent and then they went silent. Continued requests through their email generate an auto reply telling me I can either send items back to China at my expense or they will refund me 10% of the cost of the item. There is no phone number no way to make it with them other than this email address. In addition to the stain, the dress came out of the packaging smelling horribly of chemicals in the material was not really "linen" as described. There is no size tag or other tag on it and it was clear in a very poorly and have lots of loose threads hanging out. Nothing short of junk.

I am very happy with my dress. High quality, fast shipping. I really love the color and design. Also, the customer service was very efficient. I´ll sure recomend Roselinlin to my friends and family!
Roselinin is the worst rip off on the internet. Clothes bear no relation to pics on website, are poorly made, of man-made fabrics rather than the "Cotton" or "Linen" as described on their misleading website. Clothes arrive in randomly wrongly-sized condition, pant legs long that drag on the ground, sleeves that are a foot longer than any arm. Just so crappy. Customer service is useless, they keep sending a request for information about reason for refund, without ever addressing the problem. Definitely going to open a dispute with Visa. IT'S MY THIRD PURCHASE, BUT THIS TIME I'VE ONLY BOUGHT SOME BLOUSES FROM THEM ONLINE, BUT THEY ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY AND ONLY $ 11 A PIECE, BUT THE SHIPPING SOMETIMES IS SLOW.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
