Clothes was true to the picture advertised on the site. Super affordable and fairly good quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative.
These clothes look NOTHING like the lovely stylized photos the float to the top of your computer screen when you're reading the paper. They are NOT COTTON, NOT LINEN, but polyester with maybe 4% of some so-called natural fiber. These clothes are coming from China though they've given the company an Italianish name. They are beyond cheap. Unwearable. I bought a so-called Vintage dress. It's just a shapeless mu-mu suitable for a 90 year old in a nursing home. Terrible.

I made an order which arrived and did not fit. I tried repeatedly to get a return address by contacting the site. No response after numerous attempts. I returned the dress to the address on the package. I received numerous messages then that I had sent it to their warehouse... that I would need to pay for them to send it to the return address which interestingly they failed to give me. Next they wanted me to pay to have FED EX send it to the address. Finally, they said the purchase would be destroyed at the warehouse if I did not pay to ship it to wherever the actual place is located. I did not receive a refund.
The e-mails were rude. At one point I was told that I should have asked for the right return address... which I had done over and over again. Good luck if you use them.

Don't even think about ordering from this company. I paid for Express Shipping for two items over a month ago - and STILL haven't received one of the items, even though my card was charged immediately. Avoid the headache and just stay away.
The one item I did receive - a very simple dress just to wear around the house in the hot summer - is a piece of junk. The V neck isn't even centered. Not even worth sending back - sent to Salvation Army with other things I will never wear. When I complained they came back and said it was 'on the way'. Just Don't Do It!

I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of pants. Both were horribly different than the pictures. Very poor quality of material - almost plastic feel to both the shoes and pants. The pants were unwearable and the shoes looked like they were spray painted. When i tried to return them, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund. THe items are from China and you are responsible for the fees to return. They give you an option of 15% cash instead of returning items for a refund. Luckily the prices are so cheap it isn't worth sending back - that only should tell you about the products...

I ordered two pairs of pants that were not of good quality and the fabric was very poor. I wanted to return the pants and was told the return center was in Guangzhou, China and I would have to pay for the cost of return shipping and customs fees to China! Then they offered me a 15% cash refund instead. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not under any circumstances place an order with Roselinlin.

The prices were cheap, for sure, but the pieces that arrived STILL weren't worth the price. The items took THREE MONTHS to arrive, came separately in dribs and drabs, and were unwearable. The dresses and blouses are made from what appears to be cloth shower curtain material, and the pants all have nasty elastic waist bands. Nothing AT ALL like the pictures. Sure wish I'd read their reviews first. Lesson learned.

What you receive will shock you, guaranteed. They look more like prison garbs. Do file disputes with PayPal and escalate them to claims. If paypal gets enough of those, they will close their account. Sign up for paypal shipping reimbursement. They will reimburse for up to $30 with proof of returned merchandise.

The materials they use for the clothing is the worth!, I give it zero quality! All made in China and when you want to return something here how it is: (email from their customer service to me) "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package." think twice!

The clothes are cheap, but that's not what gets me. When you want to return they make it extremely hard and do everything to discourage and exchange, Why? They pretty much said it might not get back to China (where the cheap stuff came from in the first place,) because of customs. So DISGUSTED!

If any of you paid through PayPal, file a dispute. The emails I have received from this company are quite arrogant and iN your face. So I am not stopping at PayPal. I SPENT OVER $120!
Why should Americans accept Roselinlin's "Bait and Switch " practices. Their shop would be closed down in the US. But no one knows what they are doing. They are laughing at us! And we are letting them. Our country has laws. Commerce laws. They are breaking the law! Forget about the attempts to RETURN the items. If those items were not such crap, because of their false advertising, we would not need to have this discussion.
Most of the Chinese companies I have dealt with were wonderful, honest! Some of them just refunded my money without my having to return the items! That is good practice.

I bought several dresses on line because they looked really nice.One dress they sent was the wrong color, I am convinced that the merchandise they send out is not what is shown in those pictures! The colors were all wrong, fabric was ugly, cheap, thin. Nothing looked like the clear colors they showed.
Just another cheap company doing what they do well fooling the public.
They would not cover the return shipping, then asked if I just wanted to keep the clothing and get a 15% refund. HA! What? $15?
The clothes are poor copies of the pictures you see on the website and fittings is awful. Very misleading.

I received a dress whose measurements do not match the ones specified for that size dress, on their website. I've been trying to reach them for 3 - 4 days now but all I keep receiving is the same email, asking for additional information, over and over again. However by now I've realized that it is by design. They don't answer back because they don't want to fulfil their return/refund policy. It's a shame though, because I was willing to by 3 more dresses from them if they had taken care of this issue.

I ordered a linen dress and I got from China a RAG that had only the same color of the dress I ordered and it was POLYESTER. I cannot touch polyester because I am allergic to it and Roselinlin offers me 15% refund because it should return to China and it is costly.
Roselinlin is the worst company I had to deal with and I am going to let all my friends know about it in Facebook.

Roselinlin are the real fools; they could make so much more money by being honest! THEY ARE THE REAL LOSERS! I will never buy from them again! If the garment I received had been what the website photo displayed, I would have worn it and people would have said "How nice where did you get that lovely top!" I would have told them "Roselinlin." Now everytime I hear that name I will tell them how I was scammed by those people! They don't know how to do business.

I have my package here and im happy that i buy in there, the shipment was free and it take like 3 weeks and a half, but what make me happy is that the clothes are exactly what i wanted
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
