I`m happy with my order, I buy 5 blouses and a dress, they arrived to my home well packed, the clothes are so nice, and the fabric is soft, and the colors are vibrant
Returns are to china only. YOU PAY SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS FEES. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. It would have saved me trouble. My problems were the same. Not bad quality. NO QUALITY. ILL FITTING. Not the material as described. I contacted my credit card company. ANYONE who was dupped by ROSELINLIN should contact their credit card company and demand a charge back. We should not have to pay more money to ship back than we did for the merchandise. And this company counts on the fact that we won't.
I buy from them a blouse that I adore and a couple of dresses for a trip that I`m gonna make with my family, the blouse is well made and i wear it all the time
The size perfectly suits me! I was afraid of the size issue, but now I am very satisfied with the size and the quality.
The dress I ordered was made of unbelievably shoddy material -- not like the picture. The real nightmare is trying to get a refund. I met with a brick wall. The company simply doesn't care. So, if you order something it is yours forever -- bad fit and all. I wish I knew to whom to complain to get this company off the internet. Any ideas?

Roselinlin have nice clothes, I have a couple of blouses from this store and i absolutly love them, the fabric is a silk like with bright patterns and femenine design
They do sell wonderful clothes with fast shipping and of course delivered in good condition. I would recommend them.
Reasons: I order 4 items, 1) it took 2-3 weeks to arrive for the three to arrive, the fourth one is in transit. 2) the quality is bad. The dye is bad and color does not stand one wash. 3) the return policy is horrible.

I ordered two dresses and a blouse two weeks ago. A dress and a blouse have arrived and they are like big, ugly sacks. You couldn't wear these two things in public. I will probably have a hard time returning these, but I know not to order from Roselinlin again.

Paid $ 18 dollars U.S. to get my order 5-10 business days from order date... over a month later still no order. I dread to see what it's like IF it finally arrives. Have emailed the company so many times and get the same bull@#$#t form letters every time. STAY AWAY
How can you tell... the models all have their faces hidden or are cut off at the shoulders... the english on the web site is terrible... and EVERYTHING looks too good to be true. STAY AWAY! P.S. Things are exactly the way they are described. It has arrived fast and looks beautiful, the size is exact.
The clothes were NOT as described. Terrible quality and absolutely no customer service. Next to impossible to return anything. Please do not waste your money.

Clothes vaguely resemble what I ordered. The fabric and quality is awful! Looks and feels like it was made in a Home Ec Class. Sizing must be based on the amount of fabric they have for the day. Since customer service is almost non-existent, returns are a nightmare. The photos below should have been SKU: SH******* & SKU: PA59B977

I wish I had checked out this company more completely before clicking in to a pop up ad. That alone should have been a warning to stay away. The sizing chart on the site is a joke and the items I purchased aren't even close in size to the measurements I used to placed my order of two tops. I don't rely on alphanumeric sizing but use the measurement in inches to determine the right size to purchase. As I said, not even close. Then the return process is ridiculous - I am not going to pay more to return items than I paid to purchase them! They offered me a 15% refund (about $6.28 US on a $40.00 order). If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would do it. Sadder but wiser.

I never would have purchased clothing from this site if I had known how hard it was to return the item. Come to find out, I have to ship the item to china with my own money. Also the item has to be in it's original packaging. This has been a nightmare purchase.

The clothes were of poor quality and sized incorrectly. Returns are near impossible as it's a complicated process to send to China. A good reminder to shop locally. I won't be sucked in again.

The worse cloth I ever bought. I understand that if I don't pay high price for cotton or linen the cloth quality can't be very high either. But at least you should be able to wear them!
Size chart accuracy must have got lost in translation. Same size ( L) in 2 tops, one was a single person tent, the other was too small for my daughter wearing size S.
All photos of the 4 items I ordered are totally misleading. Stay away! Better save some money and buy some decent cloth.
I did not even bother to send them back and start an argument on refund. They went straight into the trash. You cannot even donate them without being embarrassed.
