The clothes measurements are off, they sent different colors, patterns, materials and quality is the worst, i will feel guilty to give this garbage to a homeless person. When you try to return and item, the websites does not allow you or alert, there is not phone to call. The company said UK or London but they are in China and they do not let you know.
I emailed customer care and they sent a auto reply email asking details which they should not even ask. I had to contact my credit card to put a dispute and replace my credit card.
They finally sent me an email saying that I passed the 14 days to return, which is a lie to start, in addiction is consider Consumer Fraud if they sale an item that does not look the same, they send different measurements/sized, and quality is way different than the website. As you can see here they have too many complains for the same issue that Federal authorities must to be aware and shot down they website as soon as possible.

OMG Garbage Clothes, Don't fit...
OMG! I called PayPal and Sychronisity bank imediately after I ordered when I looked up the reviews(Which I should have done before placing an order). I just assumed since PayPal did busness with them I would be safe. The clothes are garbage. Cheap and don't fit. The pants just fit but are shoddy and the tops are huge. And it took weeks to get them. And you have to pay return shipping if they approve it which costs more than what they cost. (I should have read the return policy, my bad but again I thought I could trust them because of PayPal). Why can't PayPal state like ebay where your buying from and you can choose? They mentioned privacy issues. What? The company know where I'm paying from. Hopefully they will investigate and change some policies after my emotional call to them. BEWARE. I'm trying to upload my photos and it's not working. Hopefully I can add them tomorrow. Roselinlin just now 8/20/2019 9:20 pm cst responded to my email stating I was giving reviews on many web sites and that I was going to follow up and hopefully they are not running a 'Sweat Shop in China". They asked what items do I want to return. Fight my fellow consumers.

I saw an ad for some clothes that looked really cute and the prices were really good, so decided to order some. Bad decision. I should have checked the company out first, or even just read a few reviews. Every review on their site is obviously faked. They really don't even try to be convincing. The quality is so poor it is almost funny, except it is not. Even if everything had been free, I would still warn everyone to stay away from them. For returns you have to ship everything to China, even though they were shipped from California. I took my items to the post office and it was going to cost me $53 to return them to China. And the mail service is so unreliable, chances are they will never make it there. So instead of being out $100 for the items, I would now be out $153. So lesson learned. Never order anything from a company in China, or be prepared to just lose your money if you are not happy. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS, THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING!

I ordered multiple items. The day they arrived, examined the items and was not happy with the fit or fabric. Attempting to follow their return policy, I found the process to be circular and after entering all the details within their 48 hour of receipt requirement, Roselinlin denied that the order was valid. SO BUYER BEWARE. This is a situation where the amazing deal is worth less than nothing. I don't know if Good Will will take the clothes.
You would need to send the returns back to China.
I'm sadder but wiser.

Not what is discribed (color wrong, not green... more like yellow), material is false (cotton/ linen was polyester blend), made from cheap thin materials (came ripped), size inconsistent, even using thier chart (M way too small on shirt and way too big on pants, can't wear). Customer has to pay for returns even if damaged or wrong and returned to CHINA so cost more then items to return. I ordered 6 tiems and they are all disappointing. Can't wear a single one. Exchanged 20 emails with them and they keep repeating the same reply offering a % refund. Doesn't do any good if I can't wear them. I'm out almost $170.00.

Not only do you get polyester/cotton instead of the cotton advertised, but you also get something made at less than sewing class quality... no interfacing, no topstitching, and broken stitches... worse than homemade! Poor quality all the way through. Returns are deliberately difficult and completely unrealistic. Only one shipper will provide tracking number and warning that customs duty as high as 60% may have to be paid. This would more than double the cost of money thrown away on this scam.
When I realized I would have to absorb original loss, I thought I would make these rags into Halloween costume for toddlers - SEAM COMES APART ON FIRST WASH!
PAY PAL no help or protection - They are apparently more interested in number of transactions than protecting me. Yes, now I remember, "If it's too good to be true..."

Cheap clothing. They refuse to give me a return address. They keep emailing requesting information I have already provided (a total of 5 times!.) Do not do business with them. Their goal is to get your money and then lead you on a merry chase to provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REFUND.

I ordered 3 items that took 34 days to get to me. Needless to say when i received them they looked nothing like what they did online! And the material was very cheap! When i contacted them to do a return they said that the would rather send me a partial refund of $10.00 instead of retuning them because id have to pay to do the return and it was to be returned to china. I wrote them back saying i wanted a full refund and that id return the items i never heard back from them again and they never refunded the $10.00 either. ID NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING PURCHASING FROM THEM TO READ ALL THESE REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! You will never hear from them if your complaining they don't want to deal with those people.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. They Take your money. If they send anything, it is total junk. You will not be able to wear it in public. Horrible fabric and lousy fabrication. It'll look nothing like the photos in their catalog. Meanwhile good luck ever seeing your money again. The company is photoshopping a pretend catalogue, and then making the items ordered overnight in slavery sweatshops. Chinese company in the middle of no where preying on stupid Americans. No returns policy at all. This is a total scam.
You can't properly track your order. They send you to a weird tracking site that isn't in English. When you reach out to them to ask about the status of your package they send back a generic response of, "It's on its way." I have yet to receive my package. I believe this website is a scam. Do not buy from this site.

Earings I ordered were defective. Ordered green LINEN dress received a dress that appears to be 100% polyester, althought label sates cotton/polyester. If there's even *******. 1% cotton in this dress, I'd be shocked. Label doesn't state what percentage is cotton and what percentage is polyester. Ordered white cotton dress, same problem, appears to be 100% polyester and therefore lies flat and not A-line as picture depicts. Ordered coral top, in picture it appears to be a vibrant coral, received a very faded looking, bla top. Waiting to receive two more dresses that I ordered. I am sure they are junk as well. Will not order again from this company or any company from China. ZERO STARS FOR OVERALL RATING! Don't throw away your money. Pictures are deceptive.

The six items I ordered were of the poorest possible quality. They had super thin, cheesie fabric. Everything was a baggy unfitted product with no more than two seams and unfitted sleeves. They are obviously trying to suck in shoppers with a beautiful website and nicely modeled clothes. Then shoppers receive items that don't match the photos on the page but are just pure trash! The company is making a cheap quality product, to make a big profit! Buyer beware!

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
