I was so excited to see Roselinlin website because the clothes looked so beautiful. I ordered five items, and each and every item I received was completely unlike the photos on the website. Their sizes are completely off, the fabrics are very cheesy and not at all what they appear to be on line. The return process is EXPENSIVE because you have to ship back to China. My mistake was ordering five items because they were so pretty! The one good thing I will say about them is that when I contacted them to get return information, they replied back in a timely manner and were polite and apologetic. That does NOT excuse the quality of their product, or the lack thereof. Make no mistake. This stuff is junk.
When the order arrived 15 days ago, I was very happy to find that all the clothes became in good condition, very good stitched, and the clothes are very pretty

I am obsessed with this dress. It looks a lot that in the pictures on the page, I love it! Shipping took time but it was worth it! I am ordering another one of another color.
I had my doubts, but I have already bought several times on this page, I am happy, discounts, beautiful clothes and good quality, at first I thought they would be delayed with delivery, it was not like that
I ordered 3 items: one (a T shirt) is good. One was never received despite the fact that the tracking # says that it was; the company has been giving me the runaround for 10 days, no solution offered.
The 3rd (a red dress) was not at all like described: way too small (cannot even put it on, despite ordering a large size than usual for me); the fabric is pure synthetic (not linen-cotton), very flimsy, not at all textured like on the picture, much more orang than red. The company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to RETURN (would need to be full price mail to CHINA; only offers a 15% rebate (which I did not receive yet)

I love the dress I bought! Informal, cute, comfortable and looks great. I have a size 12, so I ordered a large one and it has a good stretch. As a reference I am only 5 feet tall. I plan to order another color too.
Was very happy with this dress. Material was nice, not thin or see through at all. I wore it for Easter & received compliments.
On a whim, I decided to buy a bunch of dresses for my niece for high school graduation and while she's not planning on wearing this one, it's still such a cute dress she decided to keep it!
Buyer beware! Articles sent to you from USA BUT returns MUST go to China (Cost $20.00 or more). Company will offer you 10-15% instead of returning clothes. Cloths on site are nothing like what you receive. Linen on site is cheap cotton-poly. Clothes do not fit properly. Spent $100.00, offered $12.00 rather than refund. Sent clothes back to China and never got any refund! STAY AWAY! I think the "good" reviews are fake. READ THE REVIEW ABOUT QUALITY AND RETURNS BEFORE YOU ORDER.

Do NOT waste your time and money on this company. Everything is shipped from China and it takes the slow boat. They also shipped my items separately arriving weeks apart. To compound it, they expect an item to be returned to China within 15 days. It costs almost as much to return the garment as to buy it. They took me for almost $100. Yeah, I'm pissed. They know most people won't sue over a $100 so they continue to get away with stealing from you.

My husband ordered 3 pair of "palazzo" pants for me. I received two pair of the same pants in solid black and a red pair. My husband ordered striped black palazzo pants and they are certainly not palazzo nor are they striped. I have tried contacting them via email but only get semi literate babble which totally ignores my concern. Don't order from this company!

I ordered 4 dresses all "Medium". One is very small through the chest. One is small in the chest and has a length suited for a 6 foot tall woman. The other two dresses are very wide with a "Parachute", "Clown" type design and a cheap "Halloween" costume quality. No problem, IF they honored their "Return or Exchange Policy"... I would have exchanged 2 dresses for a different size and returned the 2 awful dresses... I entered the information they require via email and via their website contact form for returns EXACTLY per their instructions. What you get back as a response is a robotic canned message from "*******@roselinlin.com" no matter how many times you try to contact them and no matter which path you take to get a message to them... They state a 15 day return window from when you receive the package, but any attempts to actually get Tracking information using the "Tracking Number" & provided instructions for "Tracking" will also send you into a mindless loop to nowhere. ( After delivery, I was able to use the USPS tracking # on the package which shows tracking history starting from where it reached my hometown. So I can at least prove my delivery date to them IF they answered email.) I don't think there is really a way to contact them - just a mind game on you until the "Return Window" closes... I had the sense NOT to give them my Credit Card info and used PayPal to pay them... Now I have to waste MORE time fooling with trying to block the funds to them... Guess you could say I'm a little upset - NO MORE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS for me.

Waited a month for order, sent it back (sizes have no relationship to any known format) asked for a refund, have waited for more than two month and do not expect any satisfaction. Do not have customer information on website, should have been a red flag.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
