I ordered two tunic style dresses in two sizes to get the right size (as you often have to do). The quality of the clothing is very poor - not as all as it appears in the images on the website - with misplaced pockets, unfinished side seam and nasty feeling material ('cotton blend' is 35% polyester, it transpires). I have put 'Cheap and Nasty - Scam?' as the review header as I feel that US consumers are basically being defrauded as the website makes everything look normal - normal US retailer; normal US quality - but then the clothing is so badly made you couldn't wear it and when you try to return the items for a refund it transpires the company is based in China (not at all obvious from the website) and you are responsible for return shipping and 'any customs charges'. I was initially offered 15% of the cost to keep the items rather than proceed with the return. Gradually, over a number of emails, this crept up to 35% and I decided it was better to lose 65% of the initial cost than pay more to ship the clothing to China and run the risk of 'any customs charges' being incurred. I have to say I also had no faith that the retailer would actually act honourably were I to go to that effort. If they can mislead consumers as to their location and the quality of the clothing, would they stop at saying it never arrived or that customs fees were equal to the amount of the returned goods?

They sent half the order, which was cheap and not correctly sized, then claimed they had no record of any order when contacted. Filed claim with PayPal. Then they claimed it was back ordered for 15 days. Nothing showed up, filed second claim and nothing.

I love my new dress that I bought in this store. They are original and of good quality, at a very good price. Count on my purchase again and my recommendation to my friends
I really love this coat that I bought in Roselinlin! It is warm, thick and soft with my skin, it gives you that curvy shape as in the image, I loved it! I'm going to order another new one of another color
I purchased $240 in clothes. I read their return policy prior to ordering, and understood that I'd have 15 days to return anything, and I would have to pay for shipping.
Well... my order came in 7 different shipments spanning 8 weeks. It $20 to ship to China, so I wasn't going to do that 7 different times. I waited until all pieces arrived, then contacted them to get authorization for items I need to return.
They are refusing to accept any returns expect the ONE piece of clothing that arrived this week. They say that because everything else was delivered more than 15 days ago, they do not have to accept. Even though it is ONE ORDER (to mail things back piece by piece would have cost $140).
IF they told you that your order would come in multiple shipments over a long time, and the return period begins with each package, that is one thing. But they do not. It is reasonable to believe that the 15 day return policy is for the ORDER.
It will cost me $20 PLUS Custom Fees (which they don't mention on their site) to return a $24 shirt.
They are offering me a 15% cash refund (on the ONE shirt), as they understand shipping is very expensive and takes months to process.
So, I will receive $3.60 for a $240 order. (and the clothes are really bad quality)

I love my new pants! In the inner part they carry a kind of double lining that makes them ideal for winter, since they make a little wind and the cold does not drag their legs, for the shipment there were no problems, they have a quick answer to my questions.
The items I received are totally différents from the pictures of the website, cut, color. Poor quality. It s not expensive but now I know why. Never again

I made a good purchase in this store, jeans with details and wear, very comfortable, I followed the recommendations of a larger size, it was a good choice! They fit my body very well, they feel good quality
I ordered two dresses which arrived 3 days ago, today I put on the first one and it seemed to me that I fit very well, its texture is soft with my skin, it feels very comfortable
I am NOT satisfied with the clothes I got shipped!! On their Website the clothes looks so nice! But, when you get it...the size is smaller then what you order! Like by 2 sizes!!! I will never buy from them AGAIN!!!!
The Roselinlin website is a total scam. Nothing they ship will actually look like what you ordered. From cheep fabric to color, size and cut everything will be way off. They even had the nerve to ship unfinished pieces with open seams! Shipping the crap back to China will cost you almost as much as you payed and you don't get refund from PayPal unless you ship it back. They need to be put out of business!

I liked it a lot. Excellent value for money. Buy some accessories, in one of them, the blue stone is not a "ball" as it seems in the photo but flat but it is very beautiful. Very good quality.
Do Not Ever Purchase from ROSELINLIN - the descriptions of their apparel are usually inaccurate and they are made of MYSTERY Fabrics - Not Cotton or Linen as they say - to return products back to China costs a minimum of $33 - They vaguely respond via email and there is no number to reach a person on - They only offer 35% of the cost credited to you in exchange for you keeping their junk. #roselinlin Roselinlin

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
