First, they have beautiful photos with western models. Then they bill you as Roselinlin London. When the product arrived, you find the quality is extremely cheap, sizes are not right, then they follow with a note that you need to contact customer service for any return or exchange as the return address is not the same as their shipping address, and you need to pay for shipping it back. When you initiate the return, they tell you that you have to return the items to China. It's very clear that if they have told you returns must be sent back to China before your purchase, no one will bother buying anything. I contacted customer service, they keep trying to persuade me not to return, offered 15% to pay for a tailor, several emails back and forth, they increased their offer by 35%. I still requested to return and shipped the product back, paid $14 for shipping, they came back telling me it will be 1-2 weeks after they receive the products, and of course have to find my information which will take longer. I am sure some people find their purchase satisfactory and this is why the company is still in business, banking on those who find the products workable and continue to run their business based on a lie.

I have bought Roselinlin 4 times, I always rate them positively, they have a good price and the shipping seems to me to be in normal time. They handle variety in dresses and their accessories seem very modern to me
The cloths I bought were not as good as the photos made them look. I asked for a return address but suprise, suprise they didn't answer. So time has passed and I thought these are of no use to me way too small the sizing is all over the place and the quality is very poor. I again asked if I can return the items. This time at lease they respond only to say sorry we wont accept your return its outside 14 days since you bought them. Postage took 8 weeks to arrive all in all a total waste of my money. Be wise don"t waste your time with this company or your money

Typical scam, unfortunately often from China. Clothing doesn't even resemble the images on the website---cheap materials, poorly made, ill-fitting. While they promise returns are available, they are made difficult and time-consuming. Eventually they will suggest that the items not be returned--cost of shipping prohibitive; they will offer a refund to your card of approximately $1 or $2. That refund will never show up on your card. I put my item in the trash. Unfortunately, this site requires that I post at least one star before it will accept my review---why on earth? It deserves minus stars.

OMG! Do not purchase from this people EVER! My husband wanted to surprise with 3 dresses from this people as the pictures look great. I received the gift and the dresses are UGLY nothing like the pictures you see on there website, BIGGER THEN NORMAL and the WORSE is that if you don't like them or they don't fit you YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN ALL THE WAY TO CHINA. USPS will charge me $23 for regular mail, but will not be able to track the package for that price, so the next rate is $34 so I can truck the package. This is a nightmare! You will be sorry for sure.

If I could give this company 0 Stars I would - For all the wonderful statements they make at the website, they don't stand behind their words, and it is impossible to return any items. I think the *******@roselinlin.com is bogus - you get no where, but back at their original website. Threw away $100 for nothing.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
