I got an incomplete order of poor quality items. Could not contact company at their *******@roselinlin.com address. Could not find a "chat online". Tried to ask a question, but the drop down didn't work. Lesson learned, money lost.
I bought a jumpsuit online and realized after confirming that it had put me in a wrong state for delivery. I sent an email and a very dear girl fixed it immediately with a very quick response via email. I work in customer service and I know how difficult it is to do everything fast when there are a million things. Very impressed and I love these clothes, half of my wardrobe is from here.
I asked her when a dress can be restocked and received an answer within an hour explaining that unfortunately I was not scheduled to restock and she put some links of similar dresses in stock. So fast and charming!

I made an online purchase here, but I had a problem with the color of the dress, it wasn't her fault at all, it's just my taste. This dress was for an event I was attending at the end of the week, I wrote and a girl answered me from the central office, she was more than happy to help me in every way possible. As it was my first time buying from them, I always hesitate a bit, but their service and overall attitude was excellent, everything I asked answered, really one of the best people I have ever dealt with.
When I received a defective item from this boutique, I contacted the returns department immediately and received a response within minutes. An online girl helped me with a refund and I found her very helpful and efficient with this process. The next day I received my refund as store credit. Overall, I found the customer service very friendly and easy to deal with.
This is a scam. The photos do not relate to what this company is selling. You cannot get your money back either, eventually they will offer to refund 15% or so (did not try to get this % money back, the whole process was too cumbersome). In some cases the item they send are almost funny in the loose way they pretend to copy the photo. For example you get prints on a very cheap polyester fabric instead of the embroidery pictured on the photos. Cannot believe I purchased anything without first checking the reviews. Should have read online reviews first. The material (whatever it is since there isn't any label) is creepy - don't think there is much cotton init it, mostly something totally unnatural I wouldn't want touching me. If there wasn't a pandemic going on I'd return it.

I ordered one dress from this site. I wish I had read the reviews first. The dress I received does not look like the dress in the photo. The fabric is described as a cotton blend on the website. The dress appears slightly sheer, a loose fitting, thin cotton blend dress on the website. What I received was a stiff polyester thing. It looks like the type of fabric that is digitally printed, like a shower curtain. And, it feels like a shower curtain. I want to return it.

I wish I could have given 0 stars to this company. Their business is not legitimate. I paid for a nice linen dress in magenta color on January 29,2020, and I got a very cheap looking, small thin material dress in faded pinkies color on March 4,2020. It did not look like what it was in the picture on their website. When I wanted to return the dress, this what I got as their answer. The dress was much smaller than it was advertised in the size chart, so I cannot even put it one anyway. And they wanted to give me 15% if I won't return it?! This is a joke!
Here is part of the e-mail from the company:
"Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
If you still want to return/exchange the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.

No where on the website does it say that you will pay to ship items back to China (plus customs fees).
Don't bother ordering, no matter what the website pictures look like or description says. The material is thin like rice paper and the sizes may be two sizes too small in my view. You don't stand of chance of being satisfied.

This is a worthless website for women's clothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The hassle to return the goods to Guangdong is huge -- expensive and you have to fill out a customs form even though you are RETURNING their stuff. They should be blocked from selling in the US.

Bought several item which turned out to be cheap see thru material and sized to fit tiny china women. I requested a return and refund. I was told i would have to return to china and not the california address it was sent from. That i would have to pay both the shipping and a high customs charge and it will take considerable time. I was offered a 15% refund to keep the garbage. Wish i read some reviews first. Paypal was no help, they said i recieved the items so they couldn't do anything. I found over 40 negative reviews of roselinlin on the paypal site...

Don't get fooled by the pics. It's junk! I wasted my money on their cheap clothes because the pictures made them look nice. I was shocked when I received them weeks later. They looked NOTHING like the pictures. When it looks like embroidery it's not. The biggest waste of money ever! DO NOT BUY IT.

Garbage, garbage, garbage. I ordered $240.00 (US) worth of clothes. The online images were showing cute, well-made unusual pieces. So I sent off my order. 3 months later I receive exactly half the number of pieces I ordered, and, well, upon looking at the pieces I initially thought they'd sent someone else's order to me. I ordered linen, I received cheap gauze. I ordered knit, I received dis-colored foul-smelling... knit? I'm afraid to touch it, I don't know what the hell it is. The Piece-de-resistance? I long skirt... that had half the seams unsewn. Kind of a "Here, YOU finish it" middle finger to me. So, I contact the company "Gee so sorry for your unsatisfied, you wanna send it back to CHINA (ON YOUR DIME) We'll give you a 10% CREDIT." (Like I would ever buy anything from this place again?) So, I go to PayPal. PayPal in effect told me to "go **(())) myself." So, long story short, I'm out over 200 bucks for $#*! I wouldn't use to wash my car. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. ROSELINLIN.
Also, they are using the same images under different names online. Do an image search before you send your money.

If purchasing from this company, be sure of the size. Their sizes are true to sizes in the USA. Their 3x is actually a small or medium. And if you try to exchange or get a refund there aren't a site to contact them. So to those of us that have purchased from roselinin we are stuck with products we can use. So good luck to you all.

I ordered 3 cardigan more than 7 months ago. After 8 weeks I only received one cardigan and I still did not receive the other 2 so I inquired and was told it's out of stock... 3 months later still out of stock. So I asked for a refund. 4 months later... no reply from Roselinlin and no email and NO REFUND. Don't order from Roselinlin... they are thieves... they advertise falsely accepting your order and payment knowing they don't have stock... their stuff online like amazing... but that is where it shops. Don't ever buy from them.

These products come from China, taking over a month to arrive. Quality is poor. Sizes are small; large fits like a small. There is really no possibility to return the items. Upon first enquiry, they will offer a 15% refund without bothering to return the (useless) item. If you persist, they up it to 25%. So persist, take the 25% and don't bother returning by $$ mail. Don't throw good money after bad.
Don't be fooled by the "sincere concern" expressed by the company when I posted this review. Just more empty words.

I paid $48 for a pair of boots and when I got them the were nothing like the photo. They offered a 15% refund! I got $9.18! Not 25% in America. Regardless the boots are complete junk. Don't buy from this company.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
