I bought a jacket with a hood. The fabric is comfortable, warm and quality. I love that the designs are their own and original and the conditions of purchase are fair and dignified.
The clothes are of good quality, exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order to my house the shipment has taken longer than I expected, because I live a little far.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered clothes from them and they were cheap and ill-fitting. I had not read the return policy and found that to return anything I had to send it to China and pay for the postage and customs fees. They offered to refund my account 15% and I took it just to get some compensation for their inferior product. This is the first time I have written a bad review and the worst online experience ever!

Items are poorly made garbage. Although not to expensive you can get on sale better quality anywhere! I wish I had believed the reviews. Instead I gave it a try and waisted $80. Still waiting for one item. Not even trying to return or giving to goodwill. Just expensive rags.

I ordered over $200.00 with this company. The clothes are Horribly Cheap, Crap really, never seen anything so bad! They don't give you a return address, so you can't send it back. No phone number either, and there customer service address online... GOES NO WHERE... I tried to send it back to the address on the package only to have it sent back to me. Now I must have my credit card company dispute this. WHat A Pain in the fanny.! DO NOT ORDER.! They are from CHINA. Just look what they have done to us all... STAY AWAY. You have been warned...!

I placed the order on November12th half the items were delivered. Which took over two months. The other half I was told was out of stock. Have been waiting for a credit it is now April 1st.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
