I placed an order over a month ago. I am still receiving the items in numerous separate deliveries. The quality is nothing like their website portrays. I contacted the company via email, they do not provide a telephone number, to return 2 items and was offered a 15% refund. I did not accept that option and wanted to send the items back. They have not responded to 5 emails requesting a return address. There is only a window of 15 days to return items. BUY BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM. This site needs to be shut down!

Stay away from Roselinlin. They are located and ship directly from China and have a joke of a return policy! I ordered about 10 items from them thinking I would just return the items that don't fit. When it came time to return- about 6 items- I sent them an email as stated on their online return policy. They asked me to list the description and size of each item- some of my item descriptions were written in Chinese characters so I had no way of writing a correct description. Then when I received an reply email to my return request "Celia" asked if I would rather take a 15% refund because sensor everything back to China would cost me a lot. Here is part of the email cut and pasted "Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I emailed back and asked for 50% refund and they turned about and offered 25% which I will take because otherwise it's such a hassle. Stay away!
Oh, and a button from one of the shirts fell off the first day I wore it.

Quick customer service response that allowed you to get the correct dress on time! I ordered the wrong size but got the credit before returning the dress and reordering! Very cool online boutique!
I ordered two tunic style dresses in two sizes to get the right size (as you often have to do). The quality of the clothing is very poor - not as all as it appears in the images on the website - with misplaced pockets, unfinished side seam and nasty feeling material ('cotton blend' is 35% polyester, it transpires). I have put 'Cheap and Nasty - Scam?' as the review header as I feel that US consumers are basically being defrauded as the website makes everything look normal - normal US retailer; normal US quality - but then the clothing is so badly made you couldn't wear it and when you try to return the items for a refund it transpires the company is based in China (not at all obvious from the website) and you are responsible for return shipping and 'any customs charges'. I was initially offered 15% of the cost to keep the items rather than proceed with the return. Gradually, over a number of emails, this crept up to 35% and I decided it was better to lose 65% of the initial cost than pay more to ship the clothing to China and run the risk of 'any customs charges' being incurred. I have to say I also had no faith that the retailer would actually act honourably were I to go to that effort. If they can mislead consumers as to their location and the quality of the clothing, would they stop at saying it never arrived or that customs fees were equal to the amount of the returned goods?

I had seen some good reviews before placing my order. After I placed my order I saw the bad reviews. I have to say the bad reviews have it. I ordered a tshirt that in the picture looked retro and cute, made of cotton it said. I'd be surprised if there is any cotton in it. Very nylony, and the colors were neon like instead of muted. The dress I ordered was discribed as "flowy". There isn't enough fabric in the dress for it to flow. I order XL which according to their size guide should have work, I think it would have been a small anywhere else. Don't waist your time or money

Whenever I buy here it has been a good experience. From blosos to clothing, pendants and shoes, you have a lot to choose from. If you're not happy, returns are super easy too!
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
