Fast transactions and excellent clothing. Jumosuits would be my favorite of all. They are very comfortable to wear and fit my butt perfectly. I have not found a similar website as good as this one.
I ordered 5 women's shirts, several copies of a Christmas ornament, and a "free" necklace for ordering over $99 worth of products. The ornaments were very cute, as per the picture on their website. Each (and all) of the shirts were very bad quality fabric - very thin, as well as poor renditions of the patterns that were pictured on the website.
The return policy/ procedure: First, the sales receipt in the package that came looked as if it was just typed, not a professional receipt. It said to go onto their website to see the policy if anything was necessary to talk with them. In doing so, I found where to write to them to ask for permission to return, and that they would respond in 48 hours. A week went by, I wrote to them again, both from the website and also to an email that I found for "Customer Service." The later did work, and they responded in 24 hours. However, they gave me a return address to be sent to a company in CHINA. Instructions said to return, use that address, and that I would be responsible for any Import fees, duties, and/or taxes for the shipment to China. Then they said that if I would rather keep the articles, not ship to China, and get a 25% refund, then I could just give them away or whatever.
Well, figuring out the cost of shipping plus all those fees, I was better off keeping the articles & donating them, for the reduced (25%) refund. In all fairness, I got the refund in just under 2 weeks.

I have sent 5 emails in about 8 days requesting refund authorization and return address, but THEY DO NOT RESPOND.

Roselinlin's clothing is cute but unfortunately the company doesn't size correctly & doesn't have a satisfactory return/exchange policy. They are located in China & require returns be shipped to their address there at our own expense. Much too costly to be worthwhile. Many clothing companies located in other countries have an address in the US for returns. Roselinlin does not.
Instead of returning the too small garment I received for exchange for a larger size, they offered a 15% cash refund & suggested I get the top altered. I asked them to say how to alter this garment to make it LARGER when its seams contain NO extra fabric - and also pointed out that if it were possible to have a tailor make this top larger, it would cost me at least $25, the price I paid for the top in the first place.
So I'm warning potential Roselinlin customers living outside of China to be aware of two problems with this company:
1. Their unsatisfactory return/exchange policy
2. Their misleading sizing. I wear a US 14 so ordered the top in XL, which turned out to be more of a M. The top I ordered is linen & meant to skim the body in an A-line. Instead, their XL fits skin tight & the linen fabric could possibly shrink a bit even if washed in cold water.

I ordered a dress for my fiance's birthday well over a month in advance, and I received it in 20 days
The best advise is to pay close attention to sizes, maybe order a much larger size
I made my online purchase of the short pink dress, I had no need to file claims. The website offers clothing in a variety of styles, making it very convenient and easy to choose what to order.
I placed an order on May 16,2019. After a couple of weeks, I received half the order. After I sent an E-mail inquiring about the remaining blouses, they sent an E-mail indicating I would be receiving the 2 remaining blouses within 2 weeks. WELL, here I am July 10,2019, and NOTHING yet. They are the worst, Beyer Beware Ellen.

The purchase was safe and clear, and shipping is usually fast. The emails did not take more than a day to respond, so in general I can say that I am satisfied with the purchase. Store recommended.
I ordered a dress in Feb and still have not received it. When I inquire about my package they keep saying it is being shipped but never showed. Up.

I liked this page, I asked for a nice pants that arrived without problems, the size I bought is a little bigger than usual, it feels comfortable and the manufacturing looks very good
I ordered 3 items: one (a T shirt) is good. One was never received despite the fact that the tracking # says that it was; the company has been giving me the runaround for 10 days, no solution offered.
The 3rd (a red dress) was not at all like described: way too small (cannot even put it on, despite ordering a large size than usual for me); the fabric is pure synthetic (not linen-cotton), very flimsy, not at all textured like on the picture, much more orang than red. The company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to RETURN (would need to be full price mail to CHINA; only offers a 15% rebate (which I did not receive yet)

Very happy with the linen products and dresses that this boutique has. It was nice to see more products added so I could have great choices on the clothes I love to buy!
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
