I found a lot of clothes on Roselinlin that were cheaper compared to other websites where I normally shop. Solid website, well designed and easy to buy.
I've always had good experiences with this website, and customer service is easy to get in contact. Roselinlin has been my go to clothing site for years and has never disappointed me once.
Mentionning that it was stealing not refunding me and that stealing is illegal in Canada where the warehouse sending articles is, I got a refund for canceled items and 30% discount for items already received but not like picture and description.
I still consider that I lost and that Ipaid too much for the cheap articles that I received but it's damage control!
They refuse to refund items canceled and never sent by them for an amount of 69$US.
Expensive lesson to learn never buy from Roselinlin!
Worst dishonest seller ever!
I don't believe the positives posts. They could be from Roselinlin itself.
I submitted the problem to Paypal.
Although article where send from a wharehouse in Canada, Roselinlin force me to returned the unwanted article to China, to get a refund.
It costs 88$ to send it to China article don't worth anything because of bad quality.
TOTAL SCAM, don't buy from them.
Positive review are probably false review.
Only received one of five ordered items.
Came to this site and I am very worried to find out they are a fraud.
I understand returning the item will only cost me more money!
I put picture of the scarf from the site and what I received. Instead of a knitted cotton scarf, it's a cheap printed polyester. Paid $20.43 USD, not worth 5$.
Just don't buy from them!
The fit shirts I bought are really tight. You may want to put a larger size yet it fits very well. The website also honored its guarantee of perfect fit. Cotton shirts have a good value for money.
This is an international company that is in the business of swindling customers by not shipping the merchandise ordered and paid for. I have notified the credit card company, consumer affairs, and the FBI. This company must be placed on a fraud list as well as receiving funds but never shipping the merchandise. USPS must be warned of this company. I will notify the post office right away. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Should have read the reviews before purchase. Not a single item of the 4 items purchased was accurate or true to size. Material shoddy, the size was for someone half my size (XL). No way to send back given there is NO INFORMATION. Notified my credit company to CANCEL the charge and contacted Better Business to make it known about ROSELININ. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I purchased $240 in clothes. I read their return policy prior to ordering, and understood that I'd have 15 days to return anything, and I would have to pay for shipping.
Well... my order came in 7 different shipments spanning 8 weeks. It $20 to ship to China, so I wasn't going to do that 7 different times. I waited until all pieces arrived, then contacted them to get authorization for items I need to return.
They are refusing to accept any returns expect the ONE piece of clothing that arrived this week. They say that because everything else was delivered more than 15 days ago, they do not have to accept. Even though it is ONE ORDER (to mail things back piece by piece would have cost $140).
IF they told you that your order would come in multiple shipments over a long time, and the return period begins with each package, that is one thing. But they do not. It is reasonable to believe that the 15 day return policy is for the ORDER.
It will cost me $20 PLUS Custom Fees (which they don't mention on their site) to return a $24 shirt.
They are offering me a 15% cash refund (on the ONE shirt), as they understand shipping is very expensive and takes months to process.
So, I will receive $3.60 for a $240 order. (and the clothes are really bad quality)

Excellent website, a dress for every occasion, with designs for all tastes, I personally love this online store, I would like a little faster delivery, but still fine.
Small pants were too large, fabric was odd cotton polyester blend, and must return to China for money back (and they mention that it is expensive to return).
