Other applications and site don't require you put before you see your messages. In addition I'm getting too many emails ans when i click the link it's unavailable!
Not enough information on people looking to rent. Roommates.com is better at this as it asks specific questions that helps match up to more compatible roommates.
With the megaphone feature it is difficult to see if the person is interested in my area.
The individuals you have rented from me had multiple internal issues which led them to move back home out of state but they did pay me whether later or on time.

App is not user friendly. You don't allow me to customize my search by private bath and show places with the wrong city and roommate when I do search. Fees too high for poor results

The website makes you go through all these prompts without clearly saying that you'll need to pay in order to access your messages. It's a bait and switch and I will never use this again.
Great website and app just have a lot of scammers here kind of makes you not want to even waste your time sometimes. I think Roomster should put some efforts towards preventing those accounts
Why do you let people with price ranges completely out of my listing's range message me? I have almost 300 messages, most of which are useless. It was a total turnoff to the service.
Like everyone else on this list, they auto-renewed my subscription and then quoted their terms of use when I argued about it. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this website to another person. It's utter bull that they continue to use this disgusting business practice and any legit business does not do this sort of shady auto-renewal. Stay away, it is NOT worth it.
It sucks that it's already hard enough finding a place so not only do you all charge just to communicate on this site but it's not very effective waste of money
The interface is clunky. I had an awful time adding pictures. It seems you're expensive given the free platforms that are out there. I was hoping for a better quality experience.
My account keeps being cancelled for no reason. The monthly automatic payments just suddenly stops and it's the second time I've cut communications, in the middle of contacting a possible roommate..

Interviewed a few candidates and picked one that was a good fit.
Honestly this site is legit, it saved me from moving out of an apartment i love.
Why force payment just to send messages? That's annoying. All else is ok. Map functionality isn't great, zooming and filtering on results happens too quickly and is slightly jarring.

If you notice that Sitejabber has negative reviews of almost every company doing business in the united states. If it was all true, there would be no business left and everyone would be out of work.
