I got the "Your Account Has Been Deleted" message. I had only been using the site for a few days. (less than a week) my credit card did get chared and now my account is deleted.

John, I thing Steve did not delete his account himself. Like me he probably gets the "Your account has been deleted message" because of a not very active FB-account.
Once you get the "deleted"-message, you can not click the help function or contact the 24h customer service without getting the "deleted"-message. Mails to help@roomster.com, as recommended in the terms, do not get an answer.
A problem roomster should either fix or communicate clearly about by stating roomster only wants to handle FB-addicted people.

I have heard a lot about roomsters and not helping people, also people are being scam out of their money, but if you would go to this website you would not be scam. http://worldwiderenters.com/ everyone has to register, and everyone have to pay with a credit card. This will block out the overseas scamers.
