I got my order in 2 weeks, I was excited for my clothes because I was going to wear it somewhere, lol I got my order and this when the story get funny, I got my order and my outfit look cheap, it look like something my baby cousin handmade, I will never ever shop from ROMWE again, the clothes look awful, I rather wear Dollar general clothing before I pulled out my wallet for ROMWE again, my whole 70$ came to a waste, I shouldve go to the mall when I had a chance. I thought yall clothes were going to be nice and all but I guess wrong!

I ordered 7 items from them, it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive which is not that bad considering all the bad reviews but romwe didn't put part of the adress i wrote in the site in the packet so i had to spend hours calling the transport company and the sub-transport company to understand what was happening (i checked multiple times the adress i wrote in the web and it was complete) luckily i checked my tracking number and manage to solve the problem although it look kinda amateur and incompetent of them to forget to put part of the adress.
In terms of the clothes you basically recieve what you're paying for - some pieces look kinda cheap, some others look pretty decent and well made and some can look diferent from the picture in the web (my wine red dress was more like totally red dress).
I measured myself before buying so all the clothes fit me except for this blouse that had the tiniest sleeves for the longest torso ever.
I would say that overall it was a "not that bad" experience because some of the clothes are very cool and were so cheap.

Firstly they charge you for return shipping. Who does that today.
Secondly they claim they received only half the returned items which were all mailed in 1 box. They do not refund you back for the returned items. This is their way of making money because I do believe given the materials they use and the fitting, most customers would be returning the merchandise. If they say they didn't receive the merchandise they do not refund you your money. Bunch of thieves.

If I could give these thieves negative stars, I would.

I received an email for the return of the 5 items on July 27th. You refunded me $54.83 for these items

I had returned 7 items in total in the same box. I received an email for the return of 5 items on July 27th. You refunded me the amount for the 5 items on July 31st

On July 31st I received 2 emails stating that you have received the remaining 2 items as well. I am asking for a refund for that amount for the 2 pants. Those emails mention the refund would be posted to my account within 24 hours. It is over 48 hours now. Where is my money? I want that refund back.

I am seeing the reviews on some of the websites. It seems like you guys do this all the time. Take away people's money claiming you received only half the items they return.

I searched reviews of this site before making my purchase. The number one complaint I saw was about the shipping. I placed my order on the 17th of March and received it today on the 30th. Definitely faster than I was expecting. I ordered 2 skirts, a blouse, a necklace and a dress. The dress was more sheer than I was expecting. The site didn't provide pictures of the back of the dress which is why It was more sheer than I anticipated. I typically wear around a size 4 and a medium in dresses. I ordered a medium. It fit well. I also ordered the skirts in mediums. They fit pretty close to true to size. They were both pleated and the pleats sit well. The color on the floral is a little different from how it looks online. The black skirt was shiny. It didn't seem to have any shine in the picture on the website. The blouse I ordered in a medium as well. When I opened the package, it looked more like an XS. Needless to say, it definitely didn't fit. The necklace was cute and what I was expecting. The overall quality of the clothes, were what you would expect for the price. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I would order from them againI hope the review was helpful.

Purchased thorogood boots that simply didn't fit properly. Nothing wrong with boot just bad fit. Talked with Victor about returning boot and RMA. Took two weeks to get straightened around. Followed up with Victor regarding reimbursement for boots two weeks after verification of boot return only to be told that he would "personally get back to me in two days to verify reimbursement." Never followed up. 5 days after that talked to Ann who assured me that I would be reimbursed in full for my troubles only to find that they charged me a 10% restocking fee regardless that Ann had assured me the full reimbursement. Victor stated all returns have a 10% restocking fee regardless of their own website stating returns are "subject" to fee. Meaning the fee is at their discretion. This whole process took 5 weeks without resolving their promise for a full reimbursement. Victor will say what he has to, to get you off the phone and Ann shouldn't be making promises she can't keep. Shop at the FireStore.com not here!

Worst ever

Recently I spent around $200 ordering stuff from this site. My first time. (also first time leaving a review thats how bad it was). $200 on this site got me around 16 items. Out of those 16 items, i am keeping NONE.

Shoes - one of the shoes came with a broken buckle which fell to my floor upon opening the box... the other came without a buckle.

Shorts - HOW THE FU*K do you send me a pair of shorts with a button yet the hole is stitched up so the button doesnt work since it cant go through?

Dresses - the lining for the dresses i bought were all stitched the outer so not only does it bulge up, but it serves no purpose because you can see completely through it. BTW, its not just one dress, its like 3 dresses. None of the straps on any of the dresses i bought work, nothing holds up.

Top: i ordered this cuteeeeeee peplum top. It was all strappy in the back. So pretty. Until it came and i tried it on. All of the straps are detached. How are they supposed to hold together? No clue. Even on top, because its a halter, theres supposed to be a button or something to hook it. NOTHING. How do you sell products like this?

The material all polyster, and its cheap and not breathable... cant wear it in the summer here in NY, i will sweat to death.

Worst yet, to return all of these items, i have to open a ticket online... then pay for shipping, then wait an estimated 3 weeks for the refund?

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD SHOPPING ONLINE. Look at the pics. Im going to try on everything again just to show you.

Just don't bother.

I ordered: a dress and two rompers, a bikini, and two shirts. I will say, the shirts were alright. Not great quality but they did fit and looked, for the most part, the way I expected them to. I looked at reviews beforehand, and knew I most likely wasn't getting the best product. But it was cheap and it was worth a try in my mind. I waited two months to get my items, which didn't really bother me but if you're in a time crunch then it isn't your best bet.
The dress was ridiculous. It fit, but didn't look like the picture and the material was like a shower curtain, basically the closest to plastic that a piece of clothing could come. Same for the two rompers, terrible material and extremely ill fitting, even for a fairly slim person. I had ordered a size up, as per the reviews that i had read had suggested, but still weren't made for tall people and had not been constructed correctly. You would do better at Ardene even. The bikini top wasn't the worst but the bottoms were a medium and would probably fit a doll or a 7 year old. Alas, save your money and buy from a site you trust or just go to the mall. Not worth the wait or the cheap price.

Heartbroken :'(

I ordered from ROMWE on black Friday, I triple checked with the support about the maximum weight and price for my order so I won't get in trouble with customs they confirmed that I won't have any issues, and if I had they will help me. I had the following issues:
1-My parcel was held in customs for 20 days. And ROMWE kept sending email, time wasted of back and forth. Until I found a new number for Aramex.
2-Customs told me that my parcel was suspicious due to heave weight with a very low price.
3-Customs told me that I have to pay a large amount of money to release my order. (around half the price of the order).
3-ROMWE: didn't help me only offered me to refund 50% of the customs and didn't negotiate with me.
4-ROMWE: as always ended the chat with no help, I either refuse to pay and they ship the order back or pay 50% of my customs.

I was willing to pay from ROMWE again yet they told that I will have more tax and I should refuse or pay no other option!

I bought these stuff as gifts for Christmas and birthday, they are late and now I can't get them due to the very high tax, and ROMWE no sounds from them :'(.
Customs were more helpful then ROMWE :/

A total SCAM

I found Romwe and thought it was too good to be true, cute clothing at reasonable prices!

It was too good to be true.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, size large, 2 pairs of leggings, one t-shirt, a crop top and a hoodie. The t-shirt, crop top and hoodie are fine. However, the pants are not.

First of all, my ripped style leggings, look like a 5 year old cut them with scissors. The quality is also extremely cheap. The material is similar to that of a $20 Halloween costume. Cheap, thin nylon/polyester.
My jeans, are the worst part.
They came in a size large like I ordered, but the size large looks like a size extra small. I couldn't even get my legs halfway into the jeans. And a pair of darkwash jeans, have a random triangle cut out of the bottom of each leg, also looks like a 5 year old did it. It just doesn't make sense.
I'm very unsatisfied with my purchase, but I don't want to hassle about returning my items. Their processing took about 2 weeks with my order, and the shipping was fairly fast, but it's just not worth it. Never buying from this site ever again. And I recommend that nobody else buys from Romwe.
