I ordered with Romwe during their process of upgrading their warehouse (placed my order on May 9th) and was expecting it to take a considerable amount of time, due to the 3-5 day process time, 3-5 day delay with the warehouse moving and then however long it took the order to get from China to me in Ireland, however from placing my order to delivery took only 12 days.
The tracking information given was frequently updated also which was good. However, I was told all of my items were shipped together, and when my parcel arrived it said on the front that all 7 items had arrived but when I checked I was missing one shirt.
I opened a ticket with customer service who after confirming a few simple things (sending them a picture of my parcel) issued me a refund for the item within 2 days and said they couldn't offer me an explanation on why it hadn't arrived, but were extremely helpful and quick to offer me a refund for the item.
The rest of my clothes quality etc was perfectly fine for the price and I'm really not disappointed in any of it. Bikini sizing is weird though as I am a UK 8 and C-cup, i followed the sizing guide and other people's recommendations and ordered a size L, but the top was so big it was falling off me and i could barely get my thighs into the bottoms.
Overall I would recommend purchasing, I would just maybe skip on the bikinis and double check all of your order whenever it arrives!
I know the items take a while, that was never the problem because I love everything I get from this website. However the warehouse update had not been displayed on the website yet and my package was on it's 10th day of processing. I sent in a ticket and was told they did not know when my package was going to ship, and if I didn't want to wait I could cancel.
Canceling that order would have made me very sad because the items were very cute, so I just simply replied asked if they could promise my order would eventually get shipped. The representative told me again that they did not know the progress of my order, reminded my I could cancel, and then told me to stop replying to the ticket.
Wow. That was it for me. I made another ticket the next day to cancel my order and the new rep. Was very kind and helpful with informing me of the warehouse update and assuring me my order would be shipped in a couple of days. And after less than a week I had the items in my closet!
I have made another order today so we will see how long it takes.

I found Romwe through an add on facebook, and noticed how cute and cheap their clothes were. I was a bit skeptical at first but had a good feeling about it. I spent around 70 dollars on various items such as a few tops a dress and some jewlery. After I bought the items I realised I should have googled Romwe first to see if it was legit, and nearly had a heart attack, so many bad reviews! But then i realised I was already expecting it to take a month or so to arrive and I new it would kind of be a hit and miss with sizing as its from china but because i am small size i thought I would give it a go. And i also know that if I bought a dress for 7 dollars from China its not going to be great quality. I think alot of people had unrealiatic expectations. Also my order only took 2 and a half weeks to come. I also can not fault the communication from the team, they kept me updated when the order was succesful, the fact that it would be coming in two shipments and when they should arrive.
Maybe it is a little hit and miss but I am very happy with my order and will be ordering from them again

POINTS: Out of 10
QUALITY: 9/10- The red tshirt was supposed to have WHITE printing on it but (most likely due to postage handling) the writing is already peeling and red
SIZING: 10/10. Cos I order a size up. Normally a AU 10-12 which is around UK 38/ MEDIUM -I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. But, I order LARGE and fits a lot better.
DELIVERY: 8/10. Like I said in my last post. Delivery is really FAST but, like I said don't bother tracking it cos the Delivery Service doesn't update status. AGAIN, says it was in transit in CHINA. But, I've received it once again. So yeah...

Oh my lord, have they cut out a tag from my clothes to hide that it is NOT the size I ordered?
I waited 29 days to receive my order on express shipping. This was the 1st ridiculous disappointment.
I emailed them asking about where my package was, and they replied that they couldn't help... Right. 2nd disappointment.
Then, when it arrived in England the only information they had put on the package was 'Flat 2 England'... So I had to spend my time on the phone contacting different parcelforce centres looking for my package. THE 3RD.
Once I actually managed to receive my package, which I was SO excited about opening I ran upstairs and ripped it open to see 3 packets that already made my heart sink. I ordered 3 jumpers and these packets looked about big enough for a mini skirt. Not looking hopeful...
I opened it up to find they were absolutely tiny pieces of fabric that looks to have just had a hole cut into them. Never seen anything look so cheap, and awkwardly fitting...
In total I was pleased with 0/5 items. ZERO. FOURTH.
I feel so stupid for ordering from this site, so please do not get dragged in by their 'SALE' which is all year round. Disappointment in myself for being a fool- 5th and final.

Waste of money. Misleading product descriptions.
The description said 24" for thigh-high socks. They are not. I received girl's knee-high socks.

I placed an order on 8/11 for my daughter for some shirts she was going to wear to school. I paid for express delivery. Which according to their website, even to the U.S. is 3-5 business days. The order wasn't even processed for shipping until the 18th. So much for 3-5 business days, right?
So I had already submitted a support ticket the other day requesting information as to why it was being shipped and delivered late. They have the email address associated with the account but no email was received when they updated the support ticket. This morning I logged in to see where the package was as it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow.
The shipping status as of today is: "Awaiting collection by recipient as requested". No, I did not request to drive 700 miles to get my package. Why would I have put my physical address as the ship to address if I had wanted to drive to another State to receive my package?
And that support ticket that I had submitted? The response was that I am supposed to get in touch with the shipping company.
I would rate with a negative star if possible.

This company is not based in the US. You have to pay for delivery and return shipping which is not cheap but clothes are definitely cheap - fabric is horrible! DO NOT BUY anything from this company!
I went on Romwe.com and placed an order but then realized that there was a code that i could have used to get 60% OFF OF MY FIRST PURCHASE ON THIS SITE (please take note of that) so then I go and cancel the order and then reorder the same products but this time with the special code. Then when i used the code it was not the discount that I was promised (from 111$ without code to 95$ with code) and then the first order wasn't cancelled there was only a form sent to the Customer Service office AND I GOT SO F*CKING SCARED. This site fills me with rage.
I am disabled and 60yrs.old (f) not that that matters, what matters is after spending 101. Romwe gave me a bogus tracking number for LSO. I will add receipts, it wasn't supposed to be delivered until 8th thru 11th, but by me spending as much as I did on a fixed income & a 1st with them, and after the tracking number was useless I checked their site daily only to discover they claimed it have suddenly been delivered, first they claimed the 4th in which I'm disabled so I have everything delivered, that day only Amazon, and Harley Davidson came to my house(apt) my place is next to the main door, so nothing comes in I don't see, I went to their site to let them know that it's saying delivered, but either they are liars or they sent it elsewhere. My address is correct, finally I got an email back with them saying it's been delivered... SMH like WTH as if I didn't see their bogus message on the site like I have yet to receive the delivered email or anything. They sent me something saying it is delivered however their delivery day is different from the day I received from their site. My kid bought 20. Worth of stuff and received it, and this is why I say don't spend more than this.

I received my order about 3 weeks after this review and half the merchandise did not fit even after following the size chart luckily I have a petite 12 yr old who could fit these clothes. This site has really nice things but it's all up to chance how fast you'll receive your stuff and if they will fit it really is a gamble... do you feel lucky?

I never really do online shopping but the prices and cool styles drew me in, I ordered on the 8th of May £70 worth of stuff for an up and coming festival and holiday on the 2nd of JUNE! Its the 27th of May and I have had nothing, no email, no shipping confirmation. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I emailed asking where my order is and if they can ship it today for me but they have said no we can't ship for 2-3 days which is poor customer service and a JOKE. My experience with Romwe is a joke. As you can see from previous reviews, I'm not the only person who was left with nothing but cheap clothes and no options. I had made a recent purchase on the Romwe website about 2 weeks ago. I'm usually careful with what I order online when it comes to clothing. The problem was not the fact that the clothes took so long to arrive, I expectesld it to be about 10 business days. My complaint is that the clothes unfortunately were cheap and ehat do you expect for such a great deal. I also recieved an incorrect size of a pair of jeans I purchased. I ordered a Medium and carefully measured myself so that I ordered the right size and it's obvious they didn't send me a Medium. There is also no tag inside the jeans to prove it, just the bag I recieved it in. I am usually a understanding person, in which I contacted customer service and requested a exchange, knowing in which I may have to pay shipping or who knows. All they could do for me is say "Sorry our clothes don't fit you, but here is a coupon for 50% off a new pair of jeans." How unresponsible is that? And why in my right mind would I trust Romwe again to spend my good money and hope I get the right size this time. Very disappointed. I guess I could just give them to some 10 year old girl because that's who they would fit.

Answer: Don't know why people still order from this site. Buy at your own risk. Took about 1 mth to get my order and it came damaged. Soooo not worth the discount.
