I placed an order with Romwe on the 28th April and my order qualified for free shipping which i was told would take between 5-10 days. 17 days later my order HASNT EVEN been processed yet! I have contacted the customer service twice and with poor english they tell me that they are 'sorry' and that they will process it soon. WHEN IS SOON? My order has taken DOUBLE the amount of time it should have and it hasn't even left their company yet! I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service and I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I recently ordered some clothing from ROMWE (which is was already sceptical about) and when the clothing came two out the three items I ordered were perfect and exactly what they said they were on the website. However one item I ordered which was a yellow jumper was very poorly made and when I tried to return it I struggled with the websites advice and then in the end spoke to a woman from costumer service who told me that in order to return the items I had to pay money to have the items shipped and had to find my own courier. I thought this was ridiculous becuase I already wasn't going to get refunded for the shipping cost I had payed when ordering the item.

I ordered 3 items. 1 purse and 2 pair of earrings. Along with everyone else, I was concerned about the time it took to ship my item. The site needs to do a better job at explaining this. I placed the order in April 10th and didn't receive it in time for my friend's birthday on the 21st.
When I did receive my order, one pair of earrings came broken and the other earring... well, only one was sent.
After opening a ticket to discuss my order, they said the earring wasn't sold as a pair.
I'm sorry, but who orders only one earring? The description did not state it was only one earring and actually, the description states they were dinosaur earrings (plural).
The broken pair, they offered to reimburse me, but I don't want a reimbursement, I would like them to send me a pair that isn't broken.
The last item was a purse... which I loved! So, thank you for that.
But again, I'm not impressed with the answers they gave me about the earrings. So disappointed and I'm not a happy consumer.

I bought 4 items from romwe and paid around $45 total including my shipping, which is very cheap. My package did not get delivered the first time, which was my fault because I had newly moved into my home and my mailbox was registered as vacant. When I explained to romwe they resent my clothes to me, which I really appreciated.
When I got my clothes (which was about 1.5 weeks after they processed my second order), the order was correct, but a couple things were a little off. I always wear a medium in everything and it always fits. 2 of the tops I got I was satisfied with and 1 co-ord set was cute but a cheaper material than I expected. My biggest anger was with a romper I got. It looked perfect size and like it would fit however THERE WAS A HUGE DESIGN FLAW. While the romper looks like it would fit on my body, there was no way of getting it ON. The material gave no stretch so the small waist area that would fit your waist normally needed to go over my butt/thigh area to get on my body. Obviously my butt/thigh area is bigger than my waist, so there was NO WAY of even getting this romper on. This was irritating as it was cute and should've fit if there was a way to put it on... Will be returning this piece, so let's hope that goes smoothly. OVERALL: Hit and miss in terms of pieces, but you get what you pay for.
It was my first time ordering off Romwe and I was scared that it wasn't going to arrive before christmas because of some reviews I read about slow shipping. But I ordered 6 and a half days ago and it today. The shipping is the best! I ordered 4 shirts, 1 shorts and 1 pair of jeggings. The 4 shirts were perfect sizes. For the shorts and jeggings I knew they were going to be smaller then usual so I ordered the biggest size possible. But When they came in the jeggings were a little bit tight on me around the butt, but that's not the companies fault, big butts run in the family. But the shorts, I actually wanted to cry because they are really nice shorts that were like $20 and they didn't fit at all. I spent about $80 on this order with my own money and love everything except for the shorts, but i guess that is kinda my fault. But now I am stuck with really cute pants that don't fit me and I don't want to return them because I read reviews that you have to pay for the return postage yourself. What do I do?

Wouldn't even rate them with a 1 if they had a 0! I will NEVER shop from romwe again! First of all I ordered three items, two of which said one size I looked at the size and then looked at the size for an extra large and proceeded to purchase all three items because the sizes were similar. Second of all I placed and purchased my order on August 24th it is now September 25th and I just received my three items. It took over a month for me to receive three items this is absolutely ridiculous. Almost two weeks go by and I had personally contacted them to see when I will be receiving my items because I didn't receive a tracking number or anything they email back and said we haven't set them out because we need to verify your address and yet they didn't even email me in the beginning to verify my address. It took three days for them to verify my address. Then I received my items the both of the one sized items are way smaller than the size they had posted my third item is a cardigan but isn't attached on the sides? It literally drapes over your shoulders when putting it on. If that was in the description I would have NEVER purchased this!

A couple of my items I am actually very happy with, but the jacket and cardigan I ordered are hideous, they are too short, not the same as the pictures, and the cardigan is even completely uneven in length. One sweater from my order is missing entirely, and they try to tell me I never ordered it when it clearly shows in my order list and order $ total. I'm so angry at myself for spending so much money there. They keep telling me to pay for return shipping which will be so expensive, to New Jersey? How am I supposed to trust to ship back to New Jersey when I know they're in Asia? To get a refund I have to wait weeks then and just hope to god that's not a big scam too. They said they'll compensate the return fund but why WHY would they want to do that? That costs so much more than just doing the refund. That is what I want right now, to just get a refund for the unsent sweater, the horrible jacket with a faulty zipper, and the short uneven cardigan. I just received my order and at first I was very happy, but when I opened the package I was getting more and more disappointed. When I checked if everything arrived, I discovered that one bikini was missing (swimwear*******). Instead there was another bikini inside and a T-shirt. Both of them weren't my size and I definitely did not order them.
So when I opened the rest, I discovered they totally weren't my size. I'm normally a small but sized up to be sure. I also checked the measurements on the site and it should fit. The problem is not only that the clothes are just to tight, they are also too short for my body and I'm not that tall. 170 cm and the bathing suits didn't even reach my shoulders!
Because t's swimwear I can't return it but also can't wear it. I spent a lot of money so I expect a compensation. Both for the missing bikini and the disappointing clothes.
The only response I got was that I can't return swimwear, but for other things they accept returns. Well I think that's the whole problem I summed up and what about my missing bikini?/

I do think that Romwe is a hit or miss kind of thing, for some people its a really bad experience, for others everything works out completely fine. They are kind of sketchy im not going to lie, I've seen an exact cardigan from forever 21 --which I bought from forever 21 myself-- so I am sure that it was that cardigan. Ive also seen a dress from Free People on the website. So I mean they are definitely buying and reselling and whatever they cannot find it seems they try to make. In that way its a hit or miss. The first time I ordered I bought a blush pink maxi skirt for an event and it took long to come in but the skirt was exactly as It was advertized on the website. I received several complements on it. The next time I ordered, I got the grey version of the maxi skirt, a red maxi dress, and a green maxi dress. The skirt was perfect, the dress also perfect--it was fully lined, great material (although it was longer than I thought). However, the green maxi dress did not turn out like the picture... it was wayyy too short and not enough material. So that was a miss. I recently ordered a few more maxi dresses from them. So I like that they have good prices and the things I have ordered came out fine but I do agree that some of the stuff is super sketchy and I would just be careful when you order. Mostly things with only one picture is probably not gonna come like you think it is... always order at your own risk. I will say it takes a while to get here... probably two or three weeks.
