I had put 5 things in my basket and they were all very over priced but I believe that is what persuaded me to purchase them because they had huge discounts. The total I paid was £76 which I wouldn't normally spend online but I had high expectations because of previous reviews. I knew that it would take, maximum, a month for my order to arrive at my house but I was very pleased when it came before hand. I was absolutely thrilled when I was able to open it but as soon as I saw everything I ordered I immediately became frustrated. Everything I ordered was completely different to what I saw online. The colours were different as well as the material. It looked and felt cheap and tacky. I have sent my order back however it took £14 to do so. I was a tad confused as it was very hard to send back, not having a clear return address. I am yet to have a refund and am not guaranteed one until my order arrives back to them which might not happen. So overall, I have wasted £90. I beg that no one uses this scam site and instead shops somewhere else.

First of all Laura Wells wrote a review and in the review she gave the number for Romwe customer service. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THAT NUMBER. It is a lie and who knows she maybe a fraud just like them!
Know, I ordered some items from this website for my daughter. I most admit, I did received the items. But, some of them was too big for my daughter. We went on there website to contact customer service and all we got was the run around and bull. Anyhow, we read the policies and follow the instruction for return. All we wanted to do was return the items and get a smaller size. We send the items back with FedEx to the location they provide us on there website. To make a long story short, they never refund us our money. We didn't get to exchange the items. We got confirmation that they received the package we sent them. Its been over a month and we got no reply from them. We email them and they kept telling us to check our points because, the refund may have been credit to the point system they have. Well, that is a LIE! There chat system they have to assist there customer is a bunch of BULL! BIGGEST SCAM! And I am not gonna stop here because, we did our part as the consumer, it's not fair be treated this way.

I ordered Multicolor Tie Dye Print Crop T-Shirt and you sent me LW*******CN as a tracking number and this tracking number shows up as not exist, please verrify with your sender! WOW ROMWE R U SERIOUS. I dont know why it takes 2 weeks to get processed until shipping! Also, only 2 out of 5 is being shipped and LW*******CN this one... i dont even think this one is being processed right/ And the shipping place is CHINA? I ordered clothes off of ROMWE which stated the clothes ships in 24 hours and i also got express shipping and it states on their website that it takes 3-7 days for express shipping to reach my country. They said my order was shipped and sent me details of how to track my order with GLS and for the past 10 days GLS says "the parcel data was entered into the GLS system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." Clearly they were providing me untrue information as my order was not shipped. I placed a ticket with ROMWE asking why GLS was not updating and they told me "It usually takes 5-8 days from China to Belgium, and another 5-14 days to your country". Really disappointed with this website they are telling customers lies. They should not be telling customers they can deliver orders within a certain amount of days when they clearly cannot! I thought i would receive my order in time for my Christmas party i will now have to go buy more clothes it! It was my first time ordering off them and certainly my last!

It had some faults.

SO I thin ROMWE is a very good website, however I think it may be tailored for people more on the skinny side. I got two sweaters one with Mickey mouse on it (it was meant to have ears) and another that said meow with cat ears on it. There is not much wrong with the design or printing, it's pretty much get what you see. BUT the ears on the mickey sweater are a what are those situation. Very strange looking. The sizes are what concerned me. I got sweaters and most people like their sweaters oversized so they are comfy. WITH THAT IN MIND, I got XL in both of my purchases. Neither of them came over sized, in fact the just fit me. The Mickey fits me perfectly but I wanted it to be slightly oversized. My sister also got the Minnie one in large BUT HER LARGE WAS BIGGER THAN MY XL! The meow sweater was very small. It fit me regardless and I love it so I wont return it but they need to specify this is in Asian sizing. Any american who orders an xl is not expecting to get a medium. That's all. Over all the website has good clothing and the material is nice and soft but the sizing is way off. I won't be purchasing from there again.

OMG Nothing Like thé pictures reallyy. I am from Canada and mY ordered arrived yesterday and thé qualité si so cheap and i had to paye an additional import tax and duty for about 25 dollard and now i thé shipping it s on us buyers crasyyyy. Not only did I purchase for expedited shipping on my order, which by the way came a week after, in business days, from the date of purchasing, but I was highly disappointed in the quality of the products. If you make a compaint, they say the pixels on the computer screen alters the appearance of the fabric/ material. While that may be true, last time I checked, I don't believe that pixels on the computer screen can also alter the material in which the product was constructed with. The heels I purchased from this company looked absolutely stunning online, however, once I got my shipment in the mail, it looked and it felt as though it was constructed by construction paper and cardboard. The arch of the heel could be bent in half, yes, in half! I am not joking my friends! Not only that, but the back support of the heel was so flimsy that it could fold over like construction paper. The heels were not safe to walk in at all, I did not even dare to try and walk around them for more than five minutes because I feared that I would get seriously hurt by them. My biggest fear was spraining my ankle due to the lack of support the heels had! I urge all of you to no longer purchase anything from this company! The shipments never arrive on time as stated online, the tracking of the shipment is never updated, ever! Please, save yourself some unnecessary stress! This is the last time I will EVER be purchasing anything from Romwe.

Okay so I'm a singer and i love promoting new stores in my page because my 50k followers seem to love hearing about what I like and it makes the companies I like a little more prosper. But anyway, I ordered these two one-piece swimsuits that I've been looking for forever and finally found for an incredible price. And well not gonna lie everything was perfect and it got here on time and it let me track it and the products looked great and most of all for the price. So why the two stars? Well because when I came to try them on they didn't fit me one bit, which to be honest is sometimes expected but what confused me is that I asked for the smallest size and it still didn't fit a normal sized 16 yearold. But anyway, I went on their website and have tried to contact them about 3 times already and every time it leave me a ticket number and then when i reload the page disappears. I went on one more time but I am getting tired because I really had no interest to waste my money when I bought these. So I wouldn't recommend this website for if the items don't fit you you completely lose your money and I don't think anyone has any interest to do that.

It was okay

I ordered three things from romwe, before reading the reviews, which I am slightly happy for because I probably would not have ordered my clothing items if I had read the terrible reviews. I ordered a lace brallette, which is my favorite! It's very comfortable and pretty and the lace is just like the picture, nothing different. It's comfy and the spaceship on the back has gotten lots of compliments since I've worn it. It's just like the picture, no differences, nothing I expected that I wasn't given. MY ORDER: I ordered from Romwe on May 14th and I just received my order about an hour ago today(May 23rd). I had gotten a little worried after reading other reviews about the quality of peoples items but when I opened mine I was relieved. Out of the 6 clothing items I ordered they all fit me perfectly and there is only 1 item that I didn't like the material of, but after I washed it and got some of the stiffness out it was better.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I received excellent customer service when I had a question about my order. I got a response within a few hours.

DELIVERY: My order was delivered by DHL. Which is a company that I have never heard of before but they have a great detailed tracking system for orders.

I am very happy with my experience with Romwe.

I would like to share with you how awful a company ROMWE is.
I recently made the most of their "Sale" and spent £200 in their online shop. When the clothes arrived I was shocked and appalled by the dreadful quality of each item. Threads were loose, materials were thin and nothing looked at all like the pictures. I could have made better clothes myself! No wonder everything was cheap, although still overpriced for what I received!

Sizes aren't consitant, I am a small, some things felt XS and some felt L.

The most obvious item was a dress which colour was NOTHING at all like the original picture, when I asked them to pay for return shipping they wouldn't, even though their return policy states they return if the colour is wrong. One item looked so completely different from the picture I thought they had sent me a wrong item all together.
They delivered and charged me twice for three items, their mistake, and I have to pay £34 for return delivery. Disgusting.

The pictures look great, but the clothes are absolute garbage, wouldn't waste your money. Go to places like ASOS, may be more expensive but at least you're getting what you pay for and they give you free return delivery!

I ordered a dress that said it was on sale for only 24 hours. It was listed as 10.97 instead of 20.00. I was of course in love with the idea of this sale, so I grabbed a dress. I decided to only grab one, just because there were so many bad reviews on it. I ordered it, which did take a while. It said that my dress was to arrive in 5 days exactly. It took about 3 weeks. I was waiting in anticipation for my dress to arrive. Once it did, it was poorly wrapped. I opened it to find an itchy cloth with a crappy design on it. I put it on, and it was way too big, even though I ordered the smallest size, and on the website, the sizing chart showed that a small might've even been too big. But that was not the case. It was see through and itchy. It was said to be made out of polyester, but it felt like a cloth that I had never felt before. It made me look huge and ugly. I tried to return it, but the website wouldn't let me, even though they say that they WILL let you return it. It ended up costing me 16.95. I will never take that risk again.

I placed an order April 30, four (4) items totaling close to $50. It is now May 13th still no merchandise even on the items labeled "Ships in 24 hours." They tacked on "preparing time" which is 3-7 days, which is fine. I've been in constant communication with their customer service and they have been pleasant yet they've lied and continue to lie to me regarding my purchase. They claim my "items were shipped 2015-05-07" which is a lie, and provided me with a tracking number. I checked and a label was created but the items were not shipped according to FedEx. Romwe claims they shipped it and FedEx hasn't updated the info (LIE) but I called personally and they told me otherwise. Apparently what they like to do is create shipping labels for shipments which provide a tracking number but they delay actually handing it over and shipping it. They have up to 10 days from the creation of a shipping label to actually ship it. When I asked for a refund they told me it was too late because it was already shipped, LIE. Luckily I payed thru paypal and they are refunding my money. Don't shop here, it takes forever to get to you and they falsely advertise quick shipping. The next thing is that they'll tell me it's "stuck in customs" LIES or that some items are ready and are waiting for the others so it can all be shipped together, another LIE. I believe they make each item to order meaning that they probably have a lot of back orders and that nothing is in their inventory/stock. Good luck, it's really the luck of the draw apparently to some of these other reviews were pleasant. (if they aren't the company themselves).
