(1)Your format allows you to choose specific child custody areas, such as signing school absence, signing field trips, etc. but when you get to the letter itself all this is blank. (2) I was doing the letter for my brother, and it kept putting my name on the form. Eventually I just printed the letter after purchasing it for $40. And re typed in on my own word processor. This isn't what I had purchased for $40. Never again, Please remove me from your site.
I found the site very straightforward.

I continue to cancel withdrawals by Rocket Lawyer, unsuccessfully. I am promised my money is being reimbursed, but never see it happen. These people are fraudulent, and misleading. Scammers!
I talked with, and emailed communications to/from Rocket Lawyer. I received promises for reimbursement, but that money never arrived. All emails from RL show the date sent, "Todays date."

Found the papers I needed to file. Had a lawyer look over the completed paperwork for corrections. Sent papers off to my attorney and so far no hitches. I will know once everything has been filed and settled if all is truly good.

Christine provided great customer service. I didn't mean to pay for this month of service and she issued a refund for me right away, no questions asked. Most companies like this will cancel your account but issue a refund. I really appreciate it being so hassle free!

I needed to write up a simple (business) partnership between family members who trust each other to manage a moderate investment where money is being given over time to other entities. My accountant said we don't need an attorney or to register with government. I used Rocket Lawyer's template and worksheet to figure out what I wanted to say. I was able to delete, add and modify as needed.

While I did not find exactly what I wanted on this visit to Rocket Lawyer, I was able to review enough templates to help me move forward with confidence. I will use them again... Plus I was delighted to find that their "7 day free trial" is truly free! Many sites use such language but then find a way to charge you anyway. Transparency and honesty are good things!

If you do an internet search Rocket Lawyer comes up with the results. The reason I chose to go with them was the word "FREE". Yeah not true. You go through the whole filling of files, forms etc and then you get a message "you can try for 1 month free and then your "credit card" will be charged after the month. I would have been happy to pay about $3.00 for this document but that was not an option. This
I took great advantage of the premium 7 days trial but I do not really have a significant legal need at the moment.
I was very fortunate to get Jenna as my CS representative. She helped me so much in fixing a billing issue and also to identify a more suitable plan for my needs.

When it came to me writing real estate contracts or legal letters Rocket Lawyers helped me through every step of the process. For the most part, I was able to navigate my way through the different sections of contract writing. That is how well their documents are formatted. If I had a question or just needed help with a contract I would email them and receive a response and direction well within 24 hours. If you are like me and cannot afford the initial high costs that come with a law firm for contracts and legal letters, Rocket Lawyer is a great place to start.
