They get you all sucked in with a FREE advertisement but then bill you $33 bucks a month. Don't patronize jerks like this. I would consider signing up for future documents had they given me my first free. They seem easy to use. Rocket Lawyer here is a tip... fire your marketing manager, they are costing you business. Have a document charge of $5.00 or so. My dog could do a better job with more ideas that your people have. That being said, they are lawyers, hence they look for ways to screw people. If you know that. Go ahead.
Misty L (rep I dealt with on phone) was extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite... a credit to the company! She was more than kind and understanding with my question and went above and beyond what you typically receive for "customer service" in this new world! We should ALL have employees like misty working for (with) us... it would definitely Make America Great Again! Rocket Lawyer, you are very fortunate to have Misty on your team!
Both times I spoke to a customer service rep they were kind, professional, courteous, attentive and unsparing with their time and empathy. Such qualities indicate both good hiring practices and excellent training.

After conducting an audit on our business bank account we discovered 39.99 monthly charges since June of 2022 that we did not authorize. After speaking with the Rep, she was more then helpful in de-activating the account and offer a small refund. She walked me through getting on the site changing the password and removing the account information that had been added including the payment information so that this can't happen again. It was easy, efficient and swift... no drama, not negotiating with a 'customer service rep', she made the entire experience refreshing. While I didn't get all of my money back the experience was very pleasant.

Signed up for the 7 day trial, then looked over documents and downloaded one, but it turned out to be not what I wanted, so I cancelled online. But then 3 months later I found I was getting charged $39.95 a month anyways, even after cancelling. Reported them to my credit card company and put a block on them. STAY AWAY!
I just needed one document but now after finding the use of Rocket Lawyer, I will be using this site so much more for all of my legal needs. This is truly a public service needed by those of us who need simple documents at hand without having to pay attorneys to do what we can do for ourselves. Excellent site!

Used them for incorporation with additional fees. As a result, now having a 250$ penalties from Franchise State board for not filing some additional paperwork. No clear instructions, no clear help -" we apologize". Did the rental contract through them- complete fiasco.
Their "lawyers" consultation is about how you need to become their client and pay 300$ for the consult. Stay away from these people. They need a real job.

Rocket Lawyer makes everything so simple! It was an absolute breeze to user their templates and to get pretty much exactly what I needed for my business. I'm only sorry that I didn't have more for them to do because I really enjoyed the experience.

I found I had numerous charges to my business account. I called in to request a refund and Sabrina was extremely professionally and acted swiftly to address and correct my concerns. She was apologetic and handled the matter with the best of class! She exemplified the prime definition of providing excellent customer service while maintaining great average call time. We need more like her everywhere! Providing great customer service seems to be a thing of the past as very few companies set out to provide an excellent customer experience, but I see Rocket Lawyer has old school values. Kudos Sabrina & Rocket Lawyer! I will always come back!

I can not say enough about the excellent customer service Kevin Phelps provided today. I had a real problem with my document, printing 73 blank pages. And reached out for support. Kevin tried and tried to reach a supervisor to get help for me, in that this was something he could not handle. While waiting he continued to come back to me to reassure me he had not forgotten me. He went ver and beyond t make sure that I understood the product, how it worked and was so very respectful and helpful. I write this review because over the last several months I have had my share of disrespectful, non caring, ignorant of their jobs customer care employees from various companies. Kevin was very refreshing and without a doubt someone who cared about his customer and the company in which he works. Please I recommend giving him a raise he is really worth keeping.

Initially I had difficulty navigating through the account creation, but a quick call to customer service resolved all issues in minutes. I was able to complete my first legal document, created my simple will finally, and that takes a load off my mind. Their step by step instructions were so easy to follow.

Total scam. Offers "free trial" with nowhere to cancel free trial. When you select free trial it also does not inform you that you will be billed a couple days later a ridiculous amount of money. Terrible customer service... They won't answer the phone or return emails promptly. They will then use fine print to justify their scam. Dishonest website.
I'm 73, cataracts in both eyes, how do think it went?
Let's just say I finally found what I was looking for, got my answer, life goes on. Old guys with bad eyesight do NOT do well with computers and can't remember what the right questions are when trying to find the answer to an issue. Yup, got all day, had to pee four times before I stumbled across the subject matter. We'll just say I'll call you if I need you... and leave it at that.

Just needed one form to keep my house out of probate upon my death. I am NOT a computer person and it was painless even for me. Though I don't expect to need your service again I have already recommended Rocket. Thank you - it's a great service for low-income seniors. Cancelling before 7 day free trial was easy and quick. Had a confirmation as soon as I hung up.

I literally just typed in everything I was prompted to type in. There were things I had no idea could be omitted from a rental agreement. This was so much more simple than trying to come up with some literature. I literally just answered the normal questions and they put it in paragraph form. Took all of 10 minutes

Attention to detail, quick response and made me feel unique, especially as a new business owner. This is perfect for small companies, and perhaps individuals who can't afford to have legal documents drawn up. For it can cost 10 times or even 20 times as much. You know I will when you call the company to get customer service. The first thing that happens as a machine comes on to delay your transfer. Give it the basic information and then it switches you again. Now you're waiting to see how long the way it's going to be put in this case the phone rang and someone picked it up immediately. I might surprise I was done with the questions that I need an answer and back on with my evening business. As it goes for customer service I gave him a five star and they deserve every bit of it.

I needed a confidentiality agreement for a contractor. I knew in general what it should cover, but Rocket Lawyer got me there quickly. All of the custom information is handled by questions in the program that are well constructed. It was quick and easy to produce the document, customized for our needs.

I thought I had cancelled my membership until I received notification that a payment was withdrawn. I contacted a representative and was blessed to have Grace on the other end of the call. She was so kind, took her time to understand my issue and solved my problem in less than 5 mins. I will use Rocket Lawyer again just because of the customer service quality!
