They have no customer service they are junk do not buy from them. Worst company to work with! If you want to loose money buy parts from them.
New fuel pump failed within a month for custom installation. Rockauto say not waranteed for custom installation. Part was clearly defective.
There is ZERO customer service and the shipping cost is insane. I will use local providers as the savings cost you more than the local parts shops.
My fault because you get what you pay for, But all of the parts I have ever tried here are JUNK! Stay away from Rock Auto. ZERO stars if possible!

Don't trust this company, they send you fake parts that don't fit. Then they make you pay to ship back the item.(this is where they make the money)
They have no live customer service personnel. All customer service related questions/concerns are handled by email
California has 7.7% tax which is on the item that you buy and not on the shipping cost. Rockauto charges tax on shipping as well.
Don't order nothing from here it's a bunch of bull$#*! and don't get everything you ordered then it's a headache trying to get a hold of them
Delivering wrong parts and selling used parts as new. Returning impossible. No support, no Service..
Returns to proof of past orders to process! Dont exist. Missing spindle nut? Worse place to buy. Past orders not specific.
