I purchased a $300 helmet that never showed up, and Revzilla flatly refused to offer any type of refund or incentive. Extremely disappointed in this type of customer service. :(

I have the RPM membership and I like the benefits of free shipping plus access to deals and discounts when purchasing certain gear or parts.

The seat did not fit the bike like it should've. There was a 2 inch space between the console and the front of the seat so I returned it. I'm waiting for my full refund.

Paid for 2-3 day delivery, but took longer and still got charged for it. And you denied my request for a refund. I had to give you a rating just to express my experience. Will never do business with you again! 👎🏼

I recently bought a pair of Revit Portland boots. Size listed on the boots are a US 7.5, I wear 8.5 in all my other shoes, but these were too big. Wore them one time and they felt like clown shoes, dangerous on a bike. I can't wear these, and cannot return them, as my roommate threw out the box.

Absolutely love what I purchased Bilt womens mesh jacket, short womens gloves, and and extra back protector. The protector makes it slightly warmer but bei g a passenger it mskes me feel safer. The jacket is slightly heavy but the air flow is terrific. The gloves are a little tight but they need to be broken in. Thank you Revzilla!
