I've ordered twice from them before with no issue. Their prices were average and shipping speed was okay, I only used them because they had a nice taxonomy and was able to show me only parts that would fit my bike.
My most recent experience with them was horrible, and I wish I had checked their latest reviews before I placed the order. In short, order placed on 4/9, got an automated email from them on 4/14 saying they'd be slow to ship and slow to respond to emails because of order volume. 4/22 still "Order Processed" but no shipment (btw they charged my credit card already), Emailed them on 4/22,4/23, contacted their customer service live chat on 4/22 who agreed that the shipping speed was unacceptable and promised she would follow up.
I am now stuck with a credit card bill and still waiting for Revzilla to fulfill my order or at least give me an update of what's going on.
I've been a good Revzilla customer and I've been satisfied with them until now. I purchased a Yuasa battery from them last spring (March of 2020). It was OK last riding season. I plug it into a Optimate 6 "smart" charger/maintainer whenever I'm not riding. I took the battery in for the winter (I live in northern Illinois) and kept it on the Optimate 6 all winter as I've always done in the past. I got the bike out to ready it for the new year and it started the bike the first time and I took a short ride. But the next time I went to start the bike, it would barely crank. I checked voltage with a Fluke meter and it was low. The Optimate 6 indicated that the battery was bad after running it though all it's tests and charging cycles. To confirm that, I tested it with a digital battery tester which said (after full charging) that the battery was bad and must be replaced. Voltage was 12.3 (should be 12.6 or higher) State of Charge was very low and State of Health was very low. I also tested it with a carbon pile tester which confirmed those tests. The battery is bad. It went bad in less than one year although I didn't know that until a couple weeks after the 1 year date from when I purchased the battery. I found that the battery was bad when getting the bike ready for the new year. Yuasa has a one year warranty on the battery but their policy is that all warranty claims must go though the retailer (Revzilla in this case) or their distributor. I contacted Revzilla and explained the problem though their customer service link on their website. Revzilla never bothered to respond to my issue. They didn't even acknowledge receiving it even though it said it was sent when I submitted it. This leaves me with a negative feeling about Revzilla and I will be very hesitant to deal with them in the future. This was the first time I contacted them about a warranty claim or other similar issue and they completely failed to even respond effectively leaving me holding the bag. Does anything think I will buy another battery from Revilla in the future? I'll be hesitant to order anything in fact. That's a shame because I though Revzilla was reputable.
Revzilla used to be like Disneyland for me. Everything was perfect(unless you looked closely) and everyone was happy. Then, like Disneyland, a monster, with lots of money, came and ruined everything, and corrupted everyone. What the hell happened to shipping? I get a message saying my order has shipped, then nothing happens for 3-5 days. I used to ALWAYS get my orders the next day. I am tired of this careless protocol. This company is going backwards. I am done with Revzilla.
They promise 3 to 5 days EXPRESS delivery to Philippines! BUT IT TOOK THEM 5 WEEKS! 5 business days alone until they even shipped it out from there warehouse!
They shipped the item for free and it was here in two days. Will purchase from them again!
Great to have a MC parts store that gets it done.
Good selection and sometimes excellent prices on close out, however shipping is hit and miss. Some orders of in stock items take a week even though they used ups. My recent order took 7 days a similar order with denniskirk.com arrived in 3. Both ordered on monday shipped on tuesday, traveled a similar distance.
Easy to navigate. Very informative product review from their videos. Fast delivery.
Been using these guys for several years. Every time is a PERFECT transaction. Super fast shipping. No drama ordering. Great website, with videos on most of the stuff they sell. If you ride a motorcycle, try these guys!
I have place several orders with this company, every one turned out great.
They ship super fast, and customer service really want to help you, not just get you off the phone so they can take another call. Overall just a great place to do business with.
Revzilla has a big selection of harley parts and their prices are lower than what you can get at your local dealer. The best part is their return policy and no restocking fees on whatever you buy. Tires area also cheaper than most MC shops. Good if you are buying more than one set at a time.
