My go-to retailer

I've been a Revzilla customer for about thirteen years. I like older Japanese bikes; and it can be hard to find parts and accessories. RevZ doesn't always have what I'm looking for, but I always look there first. Their website is one of the best I've seen of any retailer - very user friendly and informative.

Order did not arrive

This may not be Revzilla's fault, order some tires after several weeks waiting there was notice saying FedEx could not deliver them. No reason given. Maybe Rezilla should consider other providers.

Some items overpriced

I purchased a battery status indicator for $65. (or over $70 with tax and shipping). It didn't ship with other items I purchased at the same time, however shipping on this item was late so I looked on Amazon and found a better one for $12 with FREE SHIPPING. So I cancelled my order with Revzilla.

Great helmet and fast delivery

The product information provided by RevZilla for the Biltwell Gringo-S helmet was spot on and delivery was fast. Followed the head measurement instructions and ordered the 5mm pad inserts. Both helmet and pad inserts arrived at the same time. Thanks!

Tires Never Received

I ordered tires that were listed as in stock. They were stated as shipped within days of placing the order. The UPS tracking first listed it as in progress and provided a delivery date. That date came and went with no change to the tracking status. Then the UPS tracking was update to delayed. It does not appear that anything other than a shipping label was created. I now have to take time in my very busy schedule to find out what happened and if I am ever going to get my parts.

Saved the motor

Must have motor covers get the full quality/shipping great. Had a low side bike slide about 100 feet and that cover saved the motor very minimal damage to bike just replace of sliders and cover. Posting a pic of cover that saves motor.

After speaking with the rep about the Cardo system for my helmet so I could communicate with my buddy I purchased one. My wife decided she should have one to! So I called and spoke with customer assistance got the Cardo Duo Pack ordered he gave me the RMA# including my discounts(military) which is another reason I deal with Revzilla and prepaid shipping label. As soon as I received the first one I immediately shipped it back and in the next day I received the Duo Pack and was notified they had received the other and my account was credited. What a great no hassle experience and great products.

Great Gear, Great service

Revzilla has the one the biggest assortment of gear and the best prices. I can always find new gear or replacement parts easily.

I needed a replacement back protector for my racesuit. I was unable to get it from the site I bought it from. I went straight to Revzilla and found it easily. As a member of their RPM it was delivered in two days.

All the information on their site allowed me to buy it with confidence that it was the correct part tho if I needed to return it. Thoroughly happy with my purchase and the ease of using Revzilla

5 to 7 days before shipping is way to long.Most company ship within 12 hours or less.I inquired as to where my order was and it seemed like they where had no time for me.I really like my new glasses.

Not everything is the perfect fit.

...And thankfully RevZilla's customer support understands that. The "perfect" boots I chose, weren't the perfect fit. And as much as I wanted to keep them, they just didn't work for me. The return policy is easy and efficient.
They continue to be my go to source for all my motorcycling needs.

Well, I was looking into the membership and it sounded good so I went on and bought it, to find out that it was really 2 day shipping. I had a set date to go out of town and had to jump a lot of hoops to cancel my order and buy these items from another company that offered the true 2 day's shipping. Be a little more clear on benefits. That's all
