Easy purchase process and product was at the house with a very short amount of time.

From shopping to narrowing down my choices to the purchase to speaking with customer service regarding the fit of my new helmet I was very pleased with my entire experience.

The site said that DynoJet Power Vision 3 would work with my 2003 fuel injected road king. There was a note that said if you have the Delphi computer in your bike it would work. That's not the case. You won't know if it's compatible until you plug it in. The return process was fine, I just received an email saying they'll refund my money. I should be receiving the original Power Vision (which I ordered directly from DynoJet) today. Not the worst experience of my life but still disappointing.

I bought a rear tube bumper for my 2025 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Edition Trail Boss. Very quick shipping and the bumper fit perfectly!

I called in and talked to a sales rep on some Givi hard case products to ensure I was buying the right things the first time since it was a $1200 order. I ended up getting an additional top box plate, that wasn't needed since the plate required came with the top box. Not a big deal to return it - but I paid $10 to return it on bad advice from the Revzilla tech. The GIVI products I purchased all showed as a monolock system on the website - and the product came with stickers on the each that all said monolock. However the key system didn't work without having to rig some additional spacers. 100% on GIVI, but several phone calls with Revzilla and Givi and my time to jerry rig a solution. From a GIVI standpoint. I give their Engineering team a solid 9, their Support team a 5, their Marketing and Sales folks a 3 (a little product differentiation would go a long way toward ensuring folks bought the right things from the get go). The Accountants at GIVI get a 1. Yes, they saved a dollar by not providing paper instructions, but a QR code. However, trying to look into installation details, especially since their product didn't work as advertised, on a 2 x 6in phone screen sucks.

I ordered a Mustang seat. I received a Mustang seat. It was the right stitch color and pattern, but it was for the wrong years. It still works but doesn't fit the way it should.

Bought four batteries for all my motorcycles…. Got them all no problem but man that box was heavy! There's something about lead… 😀

I was worried because I fit different in a lot of larges. And usually a hair big for mediums. Looked at the measurements and went ahead and ordered a jacket and pants. They were the perfect fit.

Great delivery, great price and the tires are working really well. I have about 200 miles on them now and so far am very happy. Stable at speed (90mph+) and turn in is super light. So far no slips at lean, which i certainly couldn't say about the RoadSmarts they replaced.

Everything about the website is perfect. Easy to find what I'm looking for. It's easy to place an order and the cart is very descriptive of what you are ordered and the tracking updates via email are perfect. The only one thing I could say is the order email doesn't divvy up each items total as a receipt. But very happy and all items are in perfect condition. Thanks!

The Scorpion helmet I purchased is a perfect fit because the size chart is extremely accurate. When riding at highway speeds, no matter what position your head is in, there is no wind pull on your neck. Thanks RevZilla for accurately describing this product so consumers can make an educated decision.

Ordering and payment was fine. Original delivery date was 6/20, then it changed to 6/18, then it changed to 6/19, then to 6/20. Still a good experience.

I put the wrong delivery address for my order which was (Incomplete) so there was only one in stock. I panicked and called revzilla and the person who helped me was very nice and helped me solve the issue within 15 minutes.
