I ordered a Precision Pro - NX7 Pro NX7PRO range finder last fall. There were challenges in getting it delivered for a variety of reasons but Revolution stepped up and resolved everything for me; two thumbs up.

The range finder itself however is another issue. It takes so long to find the flag and provide a distance I could have paced it off and hit my shot before it responded; at least 10 seconds outside of 150 yards and 5 seconds inside 100. My buddies with their Bushnell's would actually walk over to me and shoot the distance before mine would respond.

Would never recommend this product to anyone. This was the first thing I bought from Revolution and based on it I don't think I could trust any other.

Minor irritant...

Could not log in to my account. Called support and it was corrected immediately. I was told that as a result of "Golf" ownership everyone had to log in with a new password.
I had wasted time trying to log in and this could have been avoided if it was a known problem and subscribers were notified.
The support person was quick was quick to identify and correct the problem.

The T-less driver is the easy to hit from both the fairway or the tee box. It's easier to get shots airborne than any other fairway wood I have tried. The sound is as solid as any driver or fairway wood I have tried

"Resolution " Golf!

I got my questions answered and the issues resolved by a patient and knowledgeable rep. You all could make his job easier by proactively notifying Revolution Golf members of the benefits that are transferring to Golf Pass.

Not sure I'm very happy about my "lifetime" membership with RG becoming a 5 year membership with GolfPass.

I ordered the Happy Putter on Friday 9/15 and the mailman gave it to me this morning 9/18. That is pretty good, from CA to CT in 3 days, so I would say I am a very Happy customer. Went to putting green today and love Happy. Will use her in my round tomorrow, hoping to cut down on the 3-putts.

About a year ago I subscribed to Revolution Golf. I purchased a few digital videos, which I enjoyed looking at. Since RG became GOLFPASS I have emailed RV asking how I access my purchased videos, as I am no longer a member of RV or GOLFPASS. I received one or two reply which did not answer my questions. I am still waiting to find how to access my purchased videos. I agree with Juergen B regarding being a non resident in the US. On one of the forms to join GOLFPASS, which I tried to do it asked for a Promo Code. I requested this Promo Code and am still waiting for one after several weeks. I am now following videos on other websites.

Just before my yearly subscription was about to expire, I saw their year-end sale for a low subscription rate. After signing up and paying the fee, my card was billed for the automatic yearly fee at the old rate. I had forgotten/didn't realize that this would happen. I asked for a refund of the 2nd subscription fee and they promptly refunded my card.

I contacted customer service about an order/tracking number which I could not process. The tracking number directed me to Fed Ex, with no information (not found). After several days w/o results, I contacted Revolution Golf, who tracked my order, sent me a link to follow for tracking. The issue was that it wasn't a Fed Ex number, but DHL. The agent was very helpful in tracking my order and sending the correct link to me.

Ordered a product Revolution golf advertised. The Duo golf cart "Alphard".
When it broke Revolution golf suggested I contact company which never responded.
I ordered this product in good faith that Revolution Golf would stand behind it. Customer service gave me the run around. I will never purchase a product through
Revolution Golf again. When they get your money, you are on your own.

I ordered online the bundle deal of fairway metals, i then received info on the available driver, of which I wanted to revise my order to include the driver and swap out one of the fairway metals. I was unable to correct and resubmit my order to include the extra club online. I called service within 10 minutes of placing the order, explained I wanted to correct my purchase. She said she would cancel this order, and was assured it was cancelled, and that she would send me conformation and then I would have to resubmit my order. The next morning I received a confirmation of my order being PROCESSED and SHIPPED... thanks a lot, now I have to pay shipping cost to return the bundle deal, wait until it is returned and credited back to me and then resubmit my order. All because you can not stop and correct an online order, even within a 10 minute time frame. I don't think I'll be ordering anymore merchandise due to lack of cooperative control.

The RG agent, Ronald, who took my call immediately canceled my order upon request with no questions asked. Within a few seconds I received an email confirming my cancellation. I've been very pleased with my RG membership and with the excellent service I receive. M. Ichiyama

Have you ever wanted to gain yards on every single shot? Gain incredible accuracy? Stop 3 putting like a world champ? Then you ABSOLUTELY have to get RG+! You may get even more, but by implementing the techniques taught by the All-Star cast of Revolution Golf PGA Pro Instructors, I gained a minimum of 20 yards per club! Their customer service is second to none, and everything you invest in RG will translate to life long dividends for your game!

The coaching staff are excellent, the tips are simple to understand and effective for the most part. The camera angles on the videos don't always get across what the coach is trying to explain, can't see the ball fligjt

I ordered the Tour Edge offset driver in the 12.5 with the upgraded shaft. I like the club but find the loft to high for my swing. I wanted to see if I could switch out to a 10.5 with the same shaft
I was told that I could buy the qp. 5 but RG was out of the upgraded shaft and could return the 12.5. When I asked if there was a way to just buy a new head I was told to call Tour Edge and see if they could help. Tour Edge does not sell that particular mitubshi shaft so I was SOL. CALLED RG back and was told I could return the 12.5 club for a refund after a 15%restocking fee. I am dis appointed in the lack of help and the unwillingness of RG to assist with the issue. Buying a golf club over the Internet is risky and I expected better from RG for a paid member.

I'm very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience – I would point out however, that I don’t know of any other club retailer who will even accept a return for a club that has been used, let alone allow a full 365 days in which to do so like we did for the club you purchased, so I feel like our policy is more customer-friendly than most. As for the shaft, I’m afraid we are limited by what our suppliers have in stock, however I'd be happy to see if there’s anything else that can be done - If you could email me directly, I'll be happy to look into your request and see if there is anything else I can do to help.

I returned an item I purchased within the 60-day free trial window. It was returned to the address on the UPS shipping label. After a week and no credit issued, I called the phone number on the shipping label. They told me to call Revolution Golf. I spoke with Stephen at Revolution Golf and he asked me if I had a RMA #. I didn't know I needed one. Anyway, I gave him the tracking # and time/date the golf club was delivered back to the address it had been shipped from. The following day, I received an email from PayPal that my account had been credited for the returned item. I want to recognize and thank Stephen for his excellent customer service follow-up. I might suggest that you make it clear on the order form that if an item needs to be returned, that the customer request an RMA.

Its customer service is terrible. I called its 1800 number so many times and every time I was greeted by the answer machine giving me the same message again and again. I left message and my phone number and nerve got any returned call. I sent emails to *******@revolutiongolf.com and nerve got any answers from them.

I ordered a swing caddy and received email confirmation 10 Jan 2019. Sent an e-mail 4 days ago requesting shipping number and was told they have not one but the product was shipped by UPS 11Jan *******. With 8 to 10 weeks delay. Yesterday I sent an e-mail to request tracking number. No reply so I asked again and was told that it was shipped by USPS and they have not received tracking number. Now I am not an expert but USPS website clearly indicates that the shipper receives an confirmation e-mail, and if it is deleated they can check this by logging in to retrieve the number. My order number is *******

I contacted RG by email and by phone after purchasing a golf bag advertised in May. After 1 week of no correspondence, I reached out by email to get a status. I received a reply that the vendor would respond as soon as the order was processed. Two weeks later, nothing. So I called RG, the rep was very courteous and informed me that the bags were on backorder, and that I should receive notice within the week. Two days later (on Monday 6/10... the order was placed on 5/18), I received notice that the bag had shipped, was given a FedEx tracking number, and the anticipated delivery date was 6/11 at the end of the day. At the end of the day, not only was there no bag delivered, but now FedEx shows that the shipping is "Pending." I normally wouldn't be so vocal, but my current bag's head cover is torn up, and have a major hole in one of the pockets. I, um, need a new bag.
