Confused about what I had ordered, and how to download my the digital videos, I called RG to understand exactly everything, and as always it was explained to me by the agent that answered the phone., As Always, 5 Stars*****...
I had ordered a club and after receiving it, I played several rounds with it. After playing the rounds, I found that the club was not aiding my game at all so I decided to return it. The return process was very easy as I had the RMA within hours of my call. Well done Revolution Golf!!!!

After everything was said and done, Revolution Golf finally acquiesce and reversed the charges for the golf gloves. Not going unnoticed was all the documentation I provided to American Express - documenting email conversations which I believe went a long way toward reversing the charges. Also I will applaud Robby K who did live up to his committment and TaylorMade did send me the balls he promised.
The hits just keep on coming. Today I recieved from Revolution Golf wanting tracking information for the defective golf gloves I returned to address they authorized me to send. I wasn't going to spend the extra money for tracking so IO simply sent it through the US Post Office for a fee of $5.44. NOW they want tracking information before authorizating a refund. This comes after I was promised a dozen golf balls (which I have never received) and was told that I may "You may dispose of the defective gloves", even though I returned them and now they are demanding a receipt. This is as bad as it gets and I have now taken action with American Express to resolve this dispute. All I can say is never ever will I do business with this deceitful company again and I urge you to do the same..
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Revolution Golf and Justin Tupper promoting amazing performance and astonishing durability for a product they promoted which was 4 Pack of Zero Friction Compression Fit Gloves.
After receiving the shipment I was anxious to try out these gloves. During my very first round, the material around the fingers on the inside of the glove starting deteriorating and flaking off the glove leaving the material underneath exposed. I cant believe at the end of the round how much of the material was peeling and coming off the glove, particularly on the fingers where the club is gripped.
When I called they offered $60 in revolution videos as oppose to returning the gloves, which I politely declined as my interest was solely in the zero friction compression gloves.
When I asked for a prepaid shipping label, they mentioned they dont supply those and the shipping would be my responsibility. Given the defective nature of the gloves, I was extremely disappointed in their response.
So it cost me $5.33 to have an experience with Revolution Golf. My suggestion is never, ever purchase these Zero Compression gloves and be skeptical of any purchase you make.
Not impressed. Ordered a Cobra Baffler XL Hybrid on the 24th September, it hasn't arrived yet, after sending three emails to Customer Service and getting absolutely no response I now feel I have been ripped off. I still get the daily tips, which is no real consolation, how do these people get away with it?
I called Customer Service to request a return of a product that I had purchased. The rep was courteous and promptly sent the RMA to my email inbox to facilitate the return. What I especially like about Revolution Golf is that they do stand behind their product return guaranty and it's hassle free.

I wanted to order the M2 driver in a regular shaft. When i tryed to place the order It said that the regular shaft was sold out. I called revolution golf and spoke with Andy Sinsel who called the club builders. Within 5 minutes he called me back and told me that they indeed found a regular shaft to build a driver for me. I can't say enough about the service I received. I do business with people who work hard and are honest. Thanks Andy and Revolution Golf your awesome.
I recently purchased the TeeLess Driver. Unfortunatley, it did not work out for me so I contacted RevolutionGolf to find out how to get refunded for the purchase. The representative was most helpful and provided me with a step-by-step process to return the driver and get my credit card credited.
The process was very straightforward and the representative was easy to work with. I'm still in the process of making the return and receiving the credit.
I have just purchased Sean Foley's OpenMindedGolf lesson, it is so easy to understand and along with Andrew Rice's "The Complete Impact Collection" which I purchased some time ago, they blend so well with one complementing the other. It is of great appreciation to be able to get continuity of teaching from the same provider for a change. I have a limited income and have found these products to not only be quite affordable but also be of great value to a struggling golfer. Living in Australia I have also purchased other products and have found the postage quite reasonable and very quick to arrive.

BEWARE OF THE 365 day return promise that makes you think it applies to all items! THEY PROMOTE THIS EVERYWHERE IN LARGE BOLD LETTERS. BUT! Read the fine print in the buried, very last paragraph of items to purchase. They stuck me with Cobra F8 irons, which I purchased believing they were returnable within 365 days. Shame on Revolution Golf for misleading advertising. Make the "60 day return policy AS BOLD AND PROMINENT as you do the 365 day policy"!

I ordered PRGR and it was delivered to wrong address (previous address). I ordered it through REVOLUTIONGOLF.COM before ordering it my account address was a old one which I can not update. When i keyed in the order I entered the correct address. When I found out the product was delivered to my old address I called Customer Service twice. First time I was told the problem was I used Safire browser and I need should use Chrome. The second time I called (ALEX) said I keyed in my old address. When I said he didn't believe me. During this conversation I asked him to change my address on Revolution Golf and he couldn't do it however, he tried using Golf Pass and found it HAD the current address in it. Again I was told their systems can't change what I submitted.

Just to get this out of dealt with, if you live in Canada expect to pay about $200.00 more due to exchange rate, taxes, extra shipping costs! It has nothing to do with These guys. It's the governments!
OK... I got it faster than I expected, which gives me time to get used to it before my golf season starts! Thanks guys! It is a nice feeling club. My first drive off the 1 1/2" tee was well past 215 yards! Then I got nuts and silly, and started slicing because I was way ahead of the club at contact with the ball! I got so excited by my drives! Once I settled down a bit, It felt really good! Off the turf, I got about 160 to 170 yards. I am relatively satisfied with this club. The 1 degree loft and rear loaded CG works well. The low profile and flatter bounce really helps off the turf! I would recommend this club for those whose swing is less than 110 MPH.
I say not bad but I think once I get used to it and stop getting so excited swinging it, things are going to be exactly what I expect! A seven iron style swing works really well with this club! A 3 or 4 wood swing off the tee works well also! Go for it! You will be glad you did! I am!

Talked to a rep 5 weeks ago - told me they would send 2 dozen of a cheaper ball within 3 weeks. Haven't gotten those either. Is this a scam? Has anyone actually gotten their free golf balls?

I was watching golf on tv an d there was an advertisement for Revolution Golf to hit longer drives. I googled Revolution Golf, watched the video provided and thought I would see what the video was about. I ended up ordering the video for $17.00 and was provided a link to a what was discribed as a streaming video. I e mailed twice to see if it was a one time shot or you could view it as many times as I wanted. No response. I finalled found a phone number and called. After going through all the BS of pushing this and that number, being put on ignore for what seemed like a lifetime, I spoke to someone who informed me I could watch it as often as I liked, it was a download.
Well I have tried to download on my I phone, I pad to no avail. I finally download3d it to my corporate computer, a no no, and tried to watch it, got audio but no video.
I e mailed again last night, and you guessed it, still no response.
It may ge good but I'll never know.

Was an original RG plus member, Ive purchased the special shaft for my driver from club fix when they were associated with RG. Purchased numerous tape sets tour striker 7 iron and swing aids from martin chuck, martin Hall, Most recently the lag stix and power package. I wish they had a 60 day return on the RENEGAR wedges. Worst wedges I have ever owned and the only wedges I have ever had that RUSTED and are still "rusting" they never lived up the the HYPE. They should have been recalled.
