I purchased a well made driver about 2 months ago and due to weather and other things did not get around to trying it until late in the 30 day window for returns. When it did not perform as well as my driver, I called and asked if I could return it, even though I had Installed a CP-2 grip on it, to make it comparable to my driver. The Customer Service representative said that would be OK, issued a return authorization, and it all worked out fine, with my refund being sent promptly after their driver was returned. It was a pleasure dealing with Revolution Golf

Alex explained all the aspects of the different shafts and return policy should the TLess driver not be right for me. Only minus was waiting on the phone too long for a rep to answer. Probably too many customers! Anxious for club to arrive.

My experience with revolution golf was great i purchased the veylix 50 gram reg. Flex driver shaft after giving my age swing speed to mr Bronson who reccomended this shaft. I've avg. About 3 drivers a year searching for that great feel with no good results this shaft is amazing I'm avg. About 25 yds more distance and have never felt a shaft that was this stable absolutely love it I'm 71 yrs old 5 handicap and swing speed avg between 88-92 will be ordering new shaft for 3 wood and hybrid (awesome shaft)

When recently making another purchase from Revolution Golf I failed to correct my mailing address. As a result I was notified by the shipper that the product was returned to shipper. I notified customer service of my error and they immediately sent the correct address to the shipper. I received my order in record time. Good job RG

I've subscribed to other golf-related interactive sites over the years. None has come close to the full-scale access with op golf professionals that Revolution Golf has afforded us. I'd recommend this to golfers of all levels. The tips are comprehensive, the videos clear and understandable and the instructors are tops. Also, the new products are well-researched and worth consideration.

I cannot understand how a company like this stays in business. They have on average 15-20 minute hold times, which is completely unacceptable in today's business world.
You have to beg them to refund your money spent on a inferior product and they literally treat you like you are a nuisance and a bother to them. If I ran my business like this my customers would NOT be doing business with me very long.

It is a shame as they have I believe just been bought by the Golf Channel. Just my opinion, BUYER BEWARE!

Delayed delivery
December 30, 2015

Initially ordered the orange whip the first week of December posted to my credit card account on Dec 5 called on the 16th to find out wasn't processed will correct, Received email same day the item was shipped and the tracking info indicated shipping label processed awaiting pick up. Called a week later tracking info still read label processed awaiting pickup I was told it shipped they probably forgot to scan. Just called today still says label processed awaiting pickup but told it was actually shipped yesterday but not their fault UPS busy over holiday. The person on the phone had a cocky attitude and said not his problem in response to my displeasure with them. Will never purchase any items again suggest you go to Hank Haney's site and buy the same products for less money

I had bought the Aline golf shoe insoles 2 years ago through Revolution Golf and was exceptionally pleased with them. So, being on holiday in Florida recently (I live in Germany) I decided to buy an extra pair, hoping they would arrive before we flew back home. 4 weeks later they had still not arrived and I sent an email to UPS to ask why not. From them I got no answer, but when I rang RG, the young lady there got things moving so fast that an email arrived the same day (even with the 6 hour time difference) to say that they had finally been dispatched. This is what I call good service. Well done, RG.

I always find an instructional Nugget to focus on to help me as a 20+ Handicap.
Adding new Instructors have been a great move. But, If I may, a suggestion, Use some of the gals from the LPGA or their Coaches. I find their swings and Tempo to be easier for a higher Handicapper like myself!

I tried to buy a Sean Foley golf video on Revolution Golf but the system kept rejecting my email address. I tried a few with no luck. Frustrated, I wrote a complaining email. I was also concerned that having given my cc details I might be charged. I wasn't charged but an email response gave me access to the video and some others. The company replied immediately to me and really turned me from being a moaning old goat to being a big fan. That was some turn around. Thanks guys. I'm from Dublin Ireland so I'm now telling my golf mates about my experience. They tell me I need all the golf help I can get. John Q A happy Dub.

My girlfriend ordered the wrong hand gloves for me, I called to see what could be done to correct the problem. Kevin listened to me and went to work checking where my order was in the system. After finding that it already had a tracking number and was in the process of shipping he sent me a RMA to return it and to get an exchange.

Rangefinder Issues
July 5, 2019

I communicated several times with "Billy" each time he gave me additional detailed instruction on how to use the rangefinder. I have used a rangefinder for more than 6 years. This just would not operate the way it should. It kept giving me readings behind the pin and would not "find" the pin. It was really frustrating to use. Finally, Billy agreed to replace this unit with a new one. I am now awaiting the new unit. I hope the new unit works as well as my old Bushnell did.

I am a rev. Golf member but not a plus member I have requested to not receive emails that are exclusively for plus members that I open and wait to find out that I can not access. It is annoying to receive trash emails. I love what you have to offer in your videos, but they have reduced as you added rev. Plus in hopes of more funds.

Refunds are a Joke
January 10, 2018

I purchased a Callaway Watch, was not happy with it, and returned in the original packaging. Sent FedEx, and was shown the delivery back to them. After waiting and waiting, I contacted them to find out where my refund was. Was told they needed my FedEx proof number. Provided it, then nothing. Avery big scam outfit.

Wrong size
December 29, 2018

I ordered the Light Grip Glove and I received the wrong size. When I received it I immediately called and the rep apologized for the mistake and set up for me to get the right size. I was happy that the problem would be taken care of quickly and I am still waiting to receive the right glove. When I do receive the glove I will be very happy.
The rep was very courteous and helpful and made my problem easier to handle. You know how upset you get when you receive something that you didn't order and you have to call someone to get it taken care of. This rep made the process very easy to handle and I appreciate it. Thank You RevolutionGolf

Matt Sill was very supportive and helpful in solving the issue of my 3x deduction on my credit card for the annual upgrade of my membership. Hopefully the credit goes into my card in 10 - 15 days as advised.

Just wanted to know why a confirmation e-mail on my upgrade was not received? Is it not supposed to be standard?
