Previously I wrote a very negative review on Revolution Golf in regards to lack of response when I returned an item for refund. However, I have to say that once they got the tracking # of my return they responded promptly to me and my refund was issued within a few days. So for anyone returning something to them, make sure you have a tracking # and follow-up your return with an email to them with the tracking # and original order #. I did call them to follow-up on my email and was on hold for about 30 minutes but Steven came on the line and told me the refund was issued and sure enough within 48 hrs of that call I saw the refund on my credit card - so be diligent and make sure you follow-up with them and hopefully you will have an equally positive response.
All of the commercial demonstrations were great, but when it came time to actually use the club, not so great. I did not notice any improvement at all. Club was way to light for me. I'm so happy I did not sell my ping g-400 driver! Also, I did not like the custom tees.
Returning the purchase was a breeze and the rep I spoke with was very helpful.

I recently had an issue with an item that I had purchased about 6 months ago. I spoke with the customer service staff and they quickly helped me to start the process to get the return handled. I do not anticipate having any issues that will keep this from getting resolved quickly.

The other day I purchased two GPS golf watches in error instead of one. Once I received my confirmation for the two I realized the mistake I done. I called customer service and spoke to Alex who checked my file and submitted a refund form for one unit to the supplier to credit my credit card. The matter was totally corrected within two days. Great job guys.

What disappointment but not surprising to read how difficult it is to contact their offices. I was a devoted customer for two years and when I quit or canceled my subscription to their site I expected no more billing. I cancelled last april or may 2013 and they are still billing me in feb 2014. What a bunch of crooks. Now I have to close my credit card and open a new account BASTARDS.
Thank you for taking care of my order last week. I tried to order 4 of the golf cart charging systems at once, but the website would only handle 2 at a time. With one phone call I was able to complete my order, confirm pricing and shipping.
The promotional materials said buy one at regular price and the next one is discounted, limit 5. To me that meant that I paid full price for the first and all of the others up to a total of 4 more would be discounted. I was informed that is not the case. That seems a little weird, but that's the way it goes.

I have purchased several items from Revolution Golf and got them in a timely manner. I decided to return an item and received a credit to my card the same day it was received back at their center. I got my CD's on time and my online account works fine. I have recommended RG to a couple of my friends in fact.
The new port of entry no longer accepted my Userid and Password and as instructed online I call the number and went into the queue waiting for support. The lady that answered the phone was extremely adept at solving the problem I had and explained what the next steps would be to reinstated my ability to sign on. She did an excellent job. I've had occasions to use the Help Desk at other companies and believe me the experience was no where near as pleasant as the one I had with Revolution Golf.

By accident I ordered 3 instead of one watch. After I received order confirmation I noticed my mistake. Directly contact with Revolution golf and they promised to contact Vendor for cancellation of 2 wachtes ( I just want to have one). So far they promised me 3 times that they will do their best. But till now no further reaction.NOT HAPPY

We are sorry for the trouble that yo u are facing, unfortunately once an order has been placed in our system the information is automatically sent to the shipper so that all orders are sent out as soon as possible. When a change request or a cancellation request is put in we do everything that we can to make the proper changes and/or cancel the order, however, sometimes the shipping process is just too quick! We will send you a private message to retain a bit more information and to check on the status of your request.
They offer you a totally free example before you buy. But you never get anything but a totally BS pitch and then a automatic flip to a page that insists you buy, without any real understanding of what you are purchasing.
Just a common rip-off so common today, offer something you are never going to provide, then suggest you buy a unknown product.
I am sure that any rating over 1 is just a planted review from the staff at revolution golf. Do not go there, and that is a pity isn't it, that so many good pro's were hooked into this kind of scandalous swindle.
Just ignore the ads and perhaps this swindle will go away without damaging the reputation of golf too much.

I bought thier products on line. Not only were the products not delivered, they refuse to answer e-mail inquiries about the situation. They ARE very prompt at charging your credit card though.
STAY AWAY
The DVD that came with my purchase was defective and would not play. I called customer service and asked if they could send out a replacement. The gentleman I spoke with listened to my concern and then set about rectifying it. A new DVD is on the way. Very pleased with the service. Whatever they're payin' this guy isn't enough.

On 08/16/2019, I spoke to your rep Austin because my ordered golf gloves for my left hand arrived for a right hand. He agreed that the order was incorrectly sent and it would be replaced with the correct order. He indicated that I would be e-mailed a return mailing label for the incorrect gloves. I haven't seen that yet and I hope that it does not slow down my replacement order. I guess we'll find out! Gary L

Revolution Golf is very easy to contact by email from Australia and I find them to be very helpful and quick with their response. I thoroughly enjoy watching the many golf instruction live lessons, particularly those presented by Andrew Rice. He's a very good teacher as is Jim McLean.
I enjoy the lessons and tips you get from the different instructors at Revolution Golf. There's always something new, a different way at looking at things. I've learned a lot.
I like that I can go back to a video and watch it again. You can ask the instructors questions. You can learn about exercises that will help keep you strong and flexible.
I was one of the first to sign up for Revolution Golf and have been a member of Revolution Golf for many years. I have purchased some items. Recently, I was trying to make a simple email address change and was unsuccessful after several attempts. My repeated attempts to redirect all of the videos and promotional emails to my new email address were ignored, with no action taken at all! I finally had to call about the change and was told by the person I talked to that he would take care of it. I can only hope everything works out as he said it would. It was just frustrating to have to go through all of that angst. One word of advice..."Keep it simple!" I can say that Revolution Golf has great teachers, great promotions, and decent product offerings, but please do something about your customer service technology.

I enjoy many of the tips from RG's pros, especially Martin Chuck. I only ordered once from RG, on Justins recommendation. Disappointed in product (Oncore golf balls). I was informed that if dissatisfied, return was available. Unfortunately after asking about the return process... crickets... No more purchases for me.

The 365 money back return us a scam. After finally getting through to customer service and receiving a RMA, I returned the Power Paciseing Trainer in original box. The item was still new with DVD and instructions. One month later still no refund. I know received from tracking package. Do not buy anything with the assumption you can return it.

Best online golf instruction on the planet. My handicap has come down quit greatly since I found this site. Martin Chuck is the best instructor out there by far. Andrew Rice is equally great but my preference is Martin chuck. Martin chuck is very easy and get to the topic subject every time. Love this site.
